I have been AWOL as I went splat from the diet wagon last Saturday at a nice hotel and have since been trying to get back on track. I have been mostly good since :halo:
Yesterday
Breccie - 2 small peices of granary toast with marmalade
Lunch - Homemade soup and a granary roll
Snack - treat sized pack of cadbury buttons
Dinner - veg stir fry with chilli sauce
Today
Breccie- 2 poached eggs and 2 small pieces of granary toast
Lunch - Homemade soup
Snack - 1/2 vanilla slide (me bad), the dog had the other half!
Dinner - leftover veg fajitas, without the fajitas, so just quorn, pepper and onion in a homemade tomato sauce, couple of new potatoes, carrots and spinach
Drinks both days: Earl grey tea and sugar free hot vimto0 -
Need to log a change to my planned dinner, got home from gym to find police waiting as we'd been burgled
after 2 hours of waiting in the cold (in my gym gear, looking well manky) we got in to pack a bag, staying at a friend's tonight and picked up pizza hut on the way

(((Hugs))) LittleMoog, I'm so sorry about the burglary, thank goodness you have a friend you can go to. I really hope the little beggars are caught and punished. Most items can be replaced, the good thing is you're okay. Hope you enjoyed the pizza as much as you could, and you manage to get some sleep.
God bless

thanks sparrer. they only got DH's xbox, so.we were lucky. alarm scared them off, a neighbour caught one and he dobbed his little friend in (who was on an electronic rag curfew ) worst bit was that they turned on all the gas taps in an attempt to hide their tracks, so house reeked of gas. Waiting for SOCO to come this morning and them we can clean up, they broke a window to get in so there's glass everywhere.
Anyway, on a weightloss topic, a 3lb loss for me this weeknow at 15st 3lb.
No idea on meals for today, will update later.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Aw LittleMoog what a crappy thing to happen! Glad your house wasn't too trashed. Well done on the loss, I will update the list this evening when more people have updated.
Won't be WI today myself, I know my body well enough by now to not even bother looking at the scales this week, hoping for a result next week.
Didn't swim last night, pain and mood meant I was tucked up on the sofa with a large glass of red and a blanket by 7.30pm and I didn't shift until bed time!
Good luck everyone for WI todayJune Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Littlemoog that must have been horrible (glad they caught the scum though - be interesting to see what happens about the one on curfew!)
Weight loss news - down a pound- I wasn't sure I was going to make it this week as the scales seemed to have stuck good and proper but they were sort of kind to me this morning

Thanks all
Not feeling too bad now, SOCO just finishing up, so we can start to clear up. the burglars were so inept that they dropped the xbox in their hurry to get out. :rotfl: I'm sadly amused by this, and the fact they took one of my bags for life to carry it in. morons
Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Morning all,
Little moog very sorry to hear about the incident but the ineptness did make me laugh. At least they were eco-friendly burglers to have taken a bag for life :rotfl:

Thank goodness no more damage was done, but the thought of the gas taps makes me shiver - they're bleddy lucky they won't get done for a lot worse. What a bonus though, pizza and a great weight loss!
Ragz a 1lb loss for me please, I couldn't believe the scales so got back on after 15 mins. Considering the meal out etc I'm amazed - and delighted, of course
B - Wm bread, lf spread, marmalade
L - Slim soup, 2 crispbreads with vegemite/lf philly
D - 2 little mackerel, broccoli
Snax - melon, apple, grapes, plums (if they're ripe yet, why do they take so long?)
Exercise - usual housework, 20 mins pulm exercise cos damp weather is beginning to affect my chest and I'm coughing like fag ash Lil!
Enjoy the day0 -
Well done on the weight loss' guys.
Little Moog - you sound so calm and collected. I think I would be a shuddering wreck. Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
