    Afternoon all.

I just wanted to stick my head round the door to say I'm still around. :) I stepped on the scales this morning, just to see how things were going since abandoning my weightloss attempt, and it looks like I've lost another pound. I'm not at all sure how I managed that, but it was certainly a nice surprise for a Saturday morning! :j

Very well done to everyone - the C Challenge update is a fiesta of smileys. :)

LittleMoog - what a horrible thing to happen. :( I'm very glad you and yours are all OK.
Back after a very long break!

    Good morning all :)

A bit of a landmark day today, hope you don't mind me boasting a bit, but have just tried on 3 pairs of size 16 trousers and they're so baggy I look like a clown in them so into the charity bag they go!

Well done Sparrer - these are the achievements that really spur us on in our weight loss journey.

Im still struggling to gain control of my eating in a Mindful manner so Paul McK CD here I come. Hope it works.

Love and hugs and hope for a good day xx

Thank you everyone, I do feel better and sure I've much more energy that I had a year ago. It's also nice to be able to put sox on without reaching, puffing, stretching, heaving and just not being able to get over, round or past that belly!

Not sure yet about today so will fill in later but so far -
    B - F&F, ss milk
L - buttered roll, I dropped the cheese I was going to have with it and one of the cats rushed in like he was starving!
D - Grilled mushroom, tomato, 1/2 a gammon, dry fried egg, plain toast
    Snacks - grapes, satsumas, kiwi

have a super Sunday, Eid Mubarak to our Muslim friends

Oh dear, I over-indulged at the bonfire party and ate - small bread roll with roast pork (good start) then half a baked potato with a smidgin of butter (still doing ok) then pringles (lots) chocolates and fudge (lots and lots) the only good thing is I didn't drink as I was driving. It is my weigh-in tomorrow so have been a really good girl today and have eaten homemade soup and fruit and drunk lots of water. Wish me luck.

    Evening All,

I've had a lovely day looking after DGD (well afternoon as she didn't arrive till just before 12). I spent the morning cooking getting the meal ready for when DS and DDIL came for their Sunday meal after work. I also cooked a gammon and baked a loaf of granary bread for our lunch.
    B: Milky coffee
S: Leftovers from DGD's lunch - most unusual as she normally eats everything - so mushroom omelette, small piece of toast, small piece of apple.
L: Ham sandwich with pickled onions (HM bread and Home cooked gammon).
D: HM lasagne which had very little meat in it but plenty of garlic, mushrooms, lentils, left over butternut squash and the very last of the HG tomatoes. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.

Exercise: 25 minutes of DVD (3 circuits). Short walk with DGD. She managed most of it but I carried her a couple of times. I climbed on the scales with her and both of us together weighed 10 st 13lb - which is 1st 8lb less than I weighed in January when I started my weight loss campaign!

    Good Morning x

Hope everyone had a "good" weekend?

I feel Im getting back on the straight and hopefully more narrow now. I certainly feel more positive now and a sneaky weigh-in also has seen a result:T:T:T Just need to keep focussed now until Friday. Im away on a WI course this weekend and have heard the food is very good (as it should be being WI) so want to give myself a little bit of leeway.

Hugs for a good day x
