Well done to the week's losers so far :T
The Dragon - it's probably just a glitch (I get a lot of them! I often weigh daily and the fluctuations can be shocking) do you want to WI again tomorrow morning, before I update the list? Give the lb a chance to get lostJune Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Good Morning x
I am going to declare a 1 lb loss this week. I am a little disappointed as I have tried really hard with the diet but my lack of activity is letting me down. My back is quite bad at the moment and im really limited to what I can do. Still a pound is a pound and that takes me to:):):):):):) so half a stone and halfway to my goal. Whether I will make the Christmas Challenge ? I dont know but will keep on trying x
Congratulations to those who have lost and keep on plodding to those who are stuck xx
Thank you Ragz for updating the scores on the doors :T:T:TI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
G'day all, beautiful here, doors/windows open
Mollie don't get disheartened, you lost rather than gained that lb. I often doubt I'll make it, especially when I go to DM or friends for a meal, but every lb I lose is one less I have to lose. Even if I don't reach my goal I'll have worked towards it. You can only do your best and right now your best is looking pretty good!
Brunch - Grilled bacon, mushrooms on hm toast
Tea - 2 crispbreads with vegemite, 1oz rf cheese
Dinner - bowl hm curried veg soup, slice wm bread
Snacks - apple, pear, grapes, melon
Enjoy the rest of the day0 -

Hi! Oh dear when I weighed this Thursday I had gained a lb so I need to lose a smiley face! I did weigh after dinner instead of before lunch as my boys were around in the day and I couldn't get to the class. I have no idea if that's a normal fluctuation, my instructor said I may have lost a 1/2 to 1lb.
The better news is when I weighed myself on the body composition scales I had only lost fat(not muscle) and my visceral fat level had improved further (that's the fat round your organs!)
I was down at the beach hut today and managed my 10,000 steps with my ever reluctant son! He always protests when we set off but usually enjoys himself and even finds more exciting shells and bits of old rope!0 -

I usually weigh at least 2lb more in the evening than I do in the morning (DH can be up to 4/5lb heavier at bedtime than before breakfast), so I wouldn't trust that weight. Do you really want me to take off a smilie or do you just want to leave it until next week?
I had 2 days of not very controlled eating (read copious amounts of homemade fudge!) so back on the wagon today. Porridge for breakfast, roast chicken for dinner, attempting pumpkin soup for lunch.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
