Morning All
It was my weigh-in day yesterday and I am pleased to report a 2lb weight loss:j. TrixieB, I too have back problems which, in part, have accounted for some of my weight gain over the last 12 months. I do feel I have to work harder at healthy eating because of it ie I can't exercise to burn off calories but carrying the extra weight around cannot be helping my back so that is my incentive. I have lost 1 stone so far, still have 1st 4lbs to lose, so it is possible. I feel much better in myself now that I am controlling my weight, do what you can, it all helps.

Weigh in . Stayed the same
Hooray anyway because I have been so up and down recently that I was worried.
TrixieB Take good care of yourself, a week off might be just what you need to get things into a better perspective. Rest, reasses and plan how you will cope with less money, less moblity etc. We are all thinking of you."doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0 -
Thank you all, I'll see you back here on Monday, keep up the good work!! xxTrying very hard to be frugal and OS - just plodding on and doing my best!

Could i join please?
I weighed myself yesterday, 10st 7lbs. I am 7lbs heavier than i thought i was . I would love to get down to 9st, eventually. By Christmas though i would like to lose a stone. It may be out of my reach as i usually get bored after a couple of weeks. Am hoping though by joining this thread it will help keep me on track.
Many thanks in advance
