Afternoon All,
I'm having a quiet afternoon knitting before going off to work for 5. I've a busy week coming up with half term so have extra shifts - will be doing about 22 hours rather than my normal 8. I had a lie in this morning and decided not to do my exercise DVD - then had a sudden change of heart and did it after all so feel rather pleased with myself. I'm wearing the new outfit - jumper dress, thick tights, black loafers and little striped cardigan that I got yesterday and feel great - and all for just over £10!
B: Muesli with extra sultanas.
L: HM egg and chips with mushrooms. Apple.
T: (packed to eat at work) Prawn salad wrap whilst I still have lettuce growing, pear.
Exercise: 30 minutes exercise DVD - I started with the circuit I finished on yesterday and did 4 of the 7 on my Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD. Will also be walking to work which is 3/4 mile. I may set off a little early and go a longer way round and make it up to a mile.

Good Evening x
I hope you have had a good weekend.
Mine was mixed but basically ate well. Really enjoyed my dinner today of Bolognese sauce with pesto mash - yumyums:T:T:
Slowly working my activity levels back up as was really laid up last week. Im aware that the witch is starting to hover again. Who would be a woman with a 21 day cycle - it plays absolute havoc with my attempts to lose weight:eek::eek::eek: Roll on the menopause I say!!
Lot of positive weight loss vibes winging their way to you all xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Hi, I'd like to join. Though like most things I join on here I'll probably forget about it after a few days
: I'll try not to!
Today I've had a bowl of Cheerios, two pork pies for lunch and two slices of toast and a tin of spaghetti for tea. Exercise wise I've walked an hour and done an hour and a half of cheerleading.

Evening all! I found it a little difficult to stick to meal plans over the weekend, as I couldn't cook due to my gas meter being broken. So I just tried not to eat too many snacky type things. Have also given myself a couple of days off from the exercise.

B - banana, greek yoghurt, nuts and honey
L - [ate out] veggie burger with side salad
Tea - several cream crackers [6-8] with LF houmus, 1 viennese cake thing. melon.
2 low fat yoghurts.
Going to get on the wi fit nice and early tomorrow.0 -

Morning all
Hope everyone had a nice weekend? I was very lazy and didn't do any of my housework yesterday, but I did work v hard at the gym so am consoling myself with that
Today's meals:
Breakfast: Fruit corner
Lunch: cheese and rocket sandwich on WM granary bread, satsuma, apple
Out for dinner with a friend tonight. Not sure where we're going yet, but will endeavour to be reasonably healthy. Step class tomorrow, so hope any excess will balance out over the week.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Morning all.
I've had a few problems with my internet browser over the weekend - it keeps trying to tell me that the MSE forums don't exist  - which is why I haven't been posting. I haven't had a fantastic weekend but it hasn't been too bad, all things considered.
I have one full week of weightloss left before I stop for the winter and I want to get under my target weight for this year, rather than just over it as I am at the moment. I only need to lose 1lb to make it - surely I can do that?
B - LF cereal flakes with sliced banana and SS milk
S - apple
L - slice of HM bacon and cheese quiche; mug of HM split pea and ham soup (I've had a cooking weekend)
D - chilli-stuffed baked squash with a chunk of HM cheese bread; slice of HM bread pudding (well, I couldn't throw away a whole loaf just because it had gone stale, could I?)
Exercise - I noticed a market being set up at the parade of shops about a mile from where I work so I might have a a mooch down at lunchtime to see what's going on.
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -

B: 2 slices wm toast, scrape marg
