Morning all - weigh day and have managed again to lose the floating half a pound which is on and off! 9st 2.5lbs - so back at what I was two weeks ago! Oh well I shall keep plodding on!
Had a lovely anniversary meal last night and finished off with an Eton mess type thing - I couldn't even guess the calories in that!! I have a busy, busy day ahead as lots of savoury dishes and tray bakes to make for DGDs Christening tomorrow. I shall be in the kitchen most of the day - not the best of places to be in a heatwave!
Well done to this week's losers and have a good weekend everybody."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -

Thank goodness my first Friday weigh-day is next week, I ate a rather nice chunk of carrot cake last night
. I was just trying to clear some space in the fridge before shopping this morning, honest!
B - Apple 'health' bar
L - Melon
D - will be pasta twits, hm tomato and basil sauce, shredded chicken
Snacks - Grapes, banana, pear, possibly mini cornetto. Still 3 left, but I'm going off them, beginning to feel like a mini cornetto!
Exercise - fighting my way round Mr A, then mowing the lawn, trimming the edges, deadheading/general garden tidying
Enjoy the weekend0 -

Only because the challenge ends on a Friday, it doesn't have to be, you can stick with whatever day you're happier with. Just seems everyone is switching to Friday now, which is fine too but don't feel you have to, doesn't make any difference to me - I can update the list any day.
Breakfast - Kids LO choc chip weetabix. Poached egg on toast.
Lunch - Pear and breadsticks.
Dinner - Probably pasta and sauce again, with a slice of the pizza everyone elsee is having as I know I won't be able to resist.
Have a happy healthy weekend everyone!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Afternoon All,
Another hot and sunny day here again today. I have work in just under an hour so thought I'd better update now as I won't be home till about 10.30pm. We went out to lunch and I shall take a packed tea to work.
B: Muesli with extra sultanas
L: Steak pie with broccoli, cabbage, carrots and green beans. Pear.
T: Chicken salad wrap. Banana.
Exercise: I had a day off my DVD today and have only done a bit of walking so once I've walked to work about 2 and a half miles.

Eating wise I am starting to crave chocolate and sweet stuff as the Witch is beginning to hover. However I had a big breakfast, full of protein and this has definitely helped so will keep plodding on.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

Oh yes and meant to say that I fought the urge and stepped away from the scales this morning. Now if I can do it so can you........:j:j:jI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
