  • Hello all. Well done sparrer on the loss. And no slowly fading, not everyone is doing well!! I went on the rampage last night (after sticking to plan all day!) stuffing in biscuit after biscuit and then consoled myself with 2 glasses of wine! Today has been even worse! Had the DGDs all day and, as it was such a lovely day, we had a trip out with them and took a picnic. I was really good and packed my own personal calorie counted lunchbox - and then ate everything the kids had left over - mini pizza, sausage/cheese on sticks, bags of crisps, etc!! I despair and it doesn't bode well for Saturday's weigh in. Oh well, at least I have had two 1,000 calorie days this week! Maybe three if I can stick to plan tomorrow!

  • Evening all :)

I have updated my sig as mentioned earlier, and have also revised my target upwards a bit to 9st 4lbs. I can always revise it down again if necessary.

Look away now if a nutritionally unbalanced diet bothers you - things are probably about to get ugly :) Food today...

    Breakfast: Oopsied packet of Skips
Dinner: Small but perfectly formed oopsied cheese and onion pasty
Tea: Oopsied Chinese chicken fillets with mash, cauliflower, brocolli and peas
Supper: Mint choc Aero mousse (not oopsied, just on offer :) )

    Exercise...

Short walk to school and back, twice
Thirty seconds of jumping up and down on the spot after mistakenly grabbing daughter's Corrode-A-Zit facial wash instead of the one that I use for sensitive skin.

Well done to all you recent losers. I shall be back tomorrow and hopefully can record a loss again soon too :)

    Morning all :)
Had a mini-blip yesterday - we were given 3-packs of jaffa cakes for an event at work, which I've had in my drawer for ages. I was starving at about 430, so I thought I'd have 1 of them. Looked down 30 seconds later and I'd eaten all 3  this is why I don't have biscuits at home, no self control at all! :o At least they were only jaffa cakes, could have been worse.

    Today's meals:
Breakfast: 1 slice wm granary toast, spread of clover light, 1 tsp peanut butter, glass SS milk
Lunch: pastrami wm granary sandwich , pear, apple, tangerine
Dinner: either chilli burritos or lasagne, undecided!

Exercise: swimming (45 mins) followed by battling around tesco

probably won't be on over the weekend, we're off home for a friend's 30th do (black tie dinner dance, v fancy!). will try to eat sensibly, I'm going to weigh in on Monday so hopefully that will help me avoid too many excesses

  • Good morning all :D

Had a good few days, let's hope the weekend doesn't ruin it. Am going to help my sister move into her new place this weekend so hopefully that will burn plenty of calories!

    Food yesterday:
B - skinny latte, apple and grapes
    s - 2 tangerines
L - 2 sml slices wholemeal bread + tomato and basil soup
s - tracker (only 124 cals, very nice!)
D - 2xquorn burgers, 2 tb mash and lots of peas

Exercise - Jillian's 20 min shred (strength section only yesterday and boy are my arms sore today! plus usual hour of walking to work and back home)

Hope everyone has a lovely friday. The office is currently munching hot breakfasts and i am sitting here not remotely interested :A

Ragz, pls record a 1lb loss, scales are showing 10st 7lb this morning, :T i can finally have a smiley face!

LittleMoog 3 packs of Jaffa cakes or a pack of 3? lol

Swimming last night, I ended up doing 100 lengths (1 hour 20 minutes, burned about 1000 calories) so I ache rather a lot today. Rewarded myself with 4 chocolates (total 220 cals) which I had to put back in the cupboard when I realised DH was on his 9th!

Breakfast - Banana and a coffee with one sugar, (130cal) Bowl of weetabix choc chip minis (40g is sooo small! And they don't taste of chocolate :( 175cal)
Lunch - Little bit of LO pasta (about 200cal), yogurt and strawberries (200cal) and 4 more chocolates (220cal) then I fell asleep!
Dinner - Something with Turkey Mince... maybe curry.

Financially_gaga Well done on the loss!
    Have updated The List

This website has real pictures of real women showing their height, weight and clothes size. Interesting if you're nosy and like to compare yourself to other people. Shows what huge differences in body shape there are because people of the same height can be very different shapes at the same weight, we all carry it differently. (I think it's US sizes though)

    Good morning all.

I went quite a bit off plan last night: I wasn't remotely hungry when I got home from work so I decided not to bother cooking the nice, healthy veg stew that I'd planned to have for dinner. Of course, an hour later I was starving and ended up having two granary rolls with a small amount of brie and lots of tomato, and a small handful of oven chips. :o I suppose it could be worse, although that's a rather carb-heavy meal. :o

    Today goes:

B - granary roll with peanut butter and banana
    S - apple
L - RM smoked salmon and cucumber sandwich (RTC ;)); portion of pineapple
D - bolognese and marrow pasta bake - I'll try and be good and use only a small amount of cheese on top; NO WINE - I won't open a bottle tonight - I won't! ;)

Exercise - my usual lunchtime walk

    Have a good day, all.
Back after a very long break!
