Hello,
Well done CCP
Missed updating yesterday. Today's food;
B - 3 x WM toast with jam and butter
S - Packet of Quavers, handful of brazil nuts and skinny latte
T - Oven baked salmon with jacket potato and greens, then HM rice pudding.
Will be starting on the wii fit tonight too. Got to make packed lunch for tomorrow as working away for the day (not looking forward to 4 hours of driving).0 -
CCP well done you!
Well, I have to admit I didn't even try to employ willpower at the birthday party. All those gacky white bread sandwiches, crisps, cakes, haribo and biscuits were willingly gorged upon and I felt no shame whatsoever. I did, however, feel very sick and bloated for ages after so I wouldn't recommend it. Probably shouldn't have had a huge bowl of garlic and chilli pasta for dinner.

Morning all
Weighed in this morning, have lost 2.5lb since last weigh in15st6.5lb, so a loooong way to go to my final target (11st something
)
may just be due to dehydration though, still feeling a bit delicate after massive party on Saturday night. It wasn't just glasses of wine that were calling, it was whole bottles :eek: didn't eat much yesterday (although I did drink about 2 litres of real coke), and still not really hungry today.
Working from home so I can keep my ankle up - managed to sprain it by wearing stupidly high heeled shoes
Anyway, today's meals:
Breakfast: Muller breakfast corner
Lunch: porridge (milk/water 50/50) with chopped dried apricots
Dinner: beans on toast with 1oz cheese (DH is out for dinner, so will just something small while i cook chilli for tea tomorrow)
SNacks: apple, pear, clementine

Littlemoog Well done on the 2.5lb! Shame about the ankle, I always say that high heels are for riding in taxis or lying down
Still 167.6lb this morning so I have taken one of my lbs off, still makes it 2lb off in a week so I'm happy with that. I'd really really like to break my scales addiction and not weigh myself until next monday. Think I will have to get DH to hide them in his car... if they aren't in the bathroom first thing in the morning I should be safe!
Have posted The List again as it had fallen back quite a few pages. Let me know if I've missed anyone.

Good morning everyone, and well done to loosers
.
This weeks weigh-in: stayed the same. No badge for me.
I so want to earn a smiley face! Thank you ragz for doing the list if I have not said, even though I have not progressed yet! I have been stern with myself this morning, and made a rule that I must not post on here, until I have completed my exercise for the day.
Aerobics work-out completed.
Onwards and upwards, have a good day everyone.
Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
