ragz I tried the link but they don't have my size/shape/weight - tried 3 different near-misses but all declined. Scared to think what that says about me
I just put in my height and weight as I wanted to see the different sizes, it is American so sizes will be off (are they 2 lower there?)June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Afternoon All,
I didn't get to post yesterday but have to confess I went slightly off course, although I managed an hour and a half of exercise classes and about 2 miles of walking. I think I probably had just over 2,000 calories in all - and very carb heavy. Still today is another day.
B: Poached egg on toast
S: Cadbury's fudge
L: 2 ryvitas- one with cream cheese and cherry tomatoes, one with peanut butter.HM egg, chips, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes.
I am babysitting for DGD tonight so at least I won't be able to relapse and pick at things.
Exercise: 20 minutes exercise DVD (Level 3 of 30 Day Shred), 2 miles of walking hither and thither, 20 lengths of swimming pool. I tried out a new pool today as we went over to a town about 20 miles away. It was a nice pool but very busy so I didn't stay in long.

Hello all, we are having a horrible day weather wise, especialy when contrasted with the lovely one we had yesterday (the last hooray of summer?)
Got to the gym again today, this twice a week is much better for me, I feel more motivated and so far the joint problems that sometimes develop with lots of excersize have not appeared.
Made a huge stifado stew last night so that we could eat some and freeze, it would make a great slow cooker dish but I just did it for four housr in a very low oven.
Fridays is homemade pizza, off to make the dough and walk Harry....in the rain, poor puppy!"doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0 -
Well today has not gone to plan, came down with a migraine at lunchtime, got my friend to drive me home, promptly threw up my lunch (although thankfully not in her car!
) and went to bed for 4 hours. Feeling better now, but left DH to make dinner and he decided to order pizzas
feel bad now as was doing so well this week. Meh!

I put my weight and height in and, unlike me, almost everyone who came back was perfectly proportioned, with more boob and less belly. If I could find a way to re-distribute everything I'd be ideal
Food today...
Breakfast: Nowt
Dinner: Lidl cheese and onion pasty with a bit of Lidl cheese coleslaw.
Tea: Oopsied red pepper houmous with some oopsied mini cheese and ham bites from Asda. There was no evidence of any of the advertised cheese or ham within as I was eating them, so maybe they didn't contain any of the advertised calories either
Snack: Four squares of Lidl 81% dark chocolate
Exercise...
Short walk to school and back, twice
Long walk to Lidl, taking in New Look on the way back and finishing up in Asda and then walking home.
Participation in the most prestigious event of the sporting calendar, the Friday Morning Oopsie Scrum, offering glittering prizes to the victor which include red pepper houmous and cheese and ham bites. Without the cheese. Or hamFreddie Starr Ate My Signature

Morning all - great excitement at Casa Abuela this morning! Weigh day and the scales show 9st 2.5lbs! A loss of 1.5lbs this week, despite more bad days than good! That gives me a bit of encouragement to behave myself and stick within my calorie allocation of between 1,000 and 1,200 a day. But we are off to the caravan tomorrow until Thursday and, although I take my scales & calorie counter with me, as well as all the "correct" food supplies, I somehow never seem to lose any weight whilst we are there - serves me right for dipping into DH's supplies! Must try harder and not let DH talk me into eating out - or if willpower fails me then to find the least calorific meal on the menu!!
Yesterday's eats (one of my good days!)
B - Porridge with raspberries
L - Ham salad with a few new potatoes. Sliced mini banana & raspberries with Aldi Choc-It dessert (only 58 cals).
D - LF cheese & tuna pasta with salad. 2 slices Nimble. Special K Bliss bar.
S - Nectarine & grapes.
Ended the day at just under 1,000 calories and no evening grazing as I fell asleep on the sofa! (Worn out after 3 full days of looking after the 3 DGDs!!)
Have a good weekend everybody. Today I have the pleasure of cleaning round after the DGDs have run riot all over the house and a shopping trip to fit in too. All good exercise I'm sure!
ps ragz - I put my details in the gallery site and it said they had no pictures to match my search criteria!! Don't know if that's good or bad?!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
I'm regretting posting the link to that site now! It was meant to make people feel better, show we're all different but it's just led to use comparing ourselves unfairly!
Littlemoog sorry you had a poorly day, don't worry too much about the pizza, it won't ruin a whole week of hard work.
IdaNotion Ah yes, now if I could get my belly and thigh fat to move to my boobs I'd be very happy (as would my DH who warned me the other day against aiming for 11st because I'd lose the boobs) though I'd fall on my face a lot...
TravellingAbuela Well done on the loss
I weighed this morning at 166.8lb (11st12.8lb) I seem to be losing around 2.5lb a week despite being on calorie goal to lose 1lb... I'm wondering if the thyroxin I'm on is doing that (despite them having to up my dose this week because my levels aren't right yet.) Either that or I'm underestimating my activity level. Or maybe it's just the right time of the month and maybe next week I won't lose at all. Sounds silly to complain about losing too much but I know the quicker it comes off the quicker it goes back on.
Either way, I thought it was sensible to have chocolate and biscuits for breakfast to remedy the situation!
Breakfast - 2 chocolates and 2 biscuits (220cal), 1 small slice of granary toast with marmite and low fat soft cheese (130cal), tea (15cal) - hopefully there aren't any calories in the Thyroxine, contraceptive pill or vitamins I also had!
Lunch - Ham sandwiches, cheese, crisps (700cal?)
Snacks - Biscuits (100cal), cappuccino (70cal)
Dinner - will be pasta and sauce, maybe a sausage, maybe not.
I feel a bit ill today so not ever so bothered about calories. I was going to attempt some exercise but I really CBA...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Interesting site, I was looking to see what I might look like after losing all my weight!!
I am getting into setting goals for myself: obviously the Christmas one but am hoping to get under 15 stone so I will be 14 something next week! Means I will need to lose 1 1/2 lb.
Yesterday
B: muesli and apple
S: banana
L: sandwich nectarine
S: applefajita's and caramac ice cream
s: 2 pieces truffle choc, small glass milk
Today
B: muesli and banana
L: sandwichspag bol or smoked fish
with fruit snacks and kitkat
Big thanks to everyone for their honest food diaries: I really recognised myself when I eat too much and I now I know I will be writing it here it makes me pause and think twice!:A
I handed in my resignation yesterday: I had shed many tears but it will be the best thing: I have another part time job. My manager was lovely and gave me a big hug and said she understood although she was sorry to see me go! Phew!
Happy weekend all and keep up the good work! xx0
