ragz don't feel badly about the link, those pics are deceiving as they're probably clothed to make the most of their shapes. Would be a laugh (or on second thoughts maybe not) if we were to send in pics of real people, ie ourselves. Not saying you're all fat, but I am!!!;)
B - bowl of F&F, ss milk, tea
L - will be use-up day so dry fried egg, chard and a Cumberland sausage
D - hm veg curry with small naan
Snacks - not much in the fruit bowl but satsumas, 1/2 grapefruit, mini cornetto

Morning all.
Well, I don't know who I thought I was kidding when I said I wouldn't have any wine last night. The bolognese sauce I was having for dinner was made without the red wine I usually use, so when I popped into the local shop to get some cat litter and found some fair trade wine on special offer I couldn't resist the temptation to improve the sauce - and of course the rest of the bottle was then sitting in the kitchen begging me not to let it go to waste.
Hey ho, a couple of glasses of wine can't hurt that much ( I hope!
).
Today goes:
B - two toasted granary rolls with mozzarella and tomato (naughty but nice, although perhaps not quite nice enough to make up for the nasty burn I got taking the rolls out from under the grill. That'll teach me!)
S - stewed rhubarb with LF yoghurt
D - feta and spinach filo pie with veg of some sort, plus another glass or two of wine
Exercise - not sure yet - the weather's pretty nasty so possibly just a dash round the shops avoiding the rain.
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
Afternoon All,
I've had a fairly industrious morning. I've made some No Cook Date and Apple Chutney which needs leaving for 24 hours now before putting into jars. DH and I don't actually like chutney but I thought it would make some nice Christmas presents. I must admit a few of the dates got eaten as I was chopping them though! We then went out to lunch as I'm working from 5 till 10.15 tonight and will be taking a pack up with me.
B: Fat free vanilla yoghurt with stewed apple and oatbran.
S: Several dates!
L: Steak pie with cabbage, carrots, green beans and cauliflower.
S: HM scone with butter
T: Prawn salad wrap
Exercise: I started my DVD as always but felt quite tired after just the first 10 minutes so decided to give myself a bit of an easy day and stop there! Walk to cafe and shops (twice), plus walk to work so about two and a quarter miles in total.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Once I get DH to take a pic of me I'll post it on there, it says they are all real women who've posted their own pics, and I've seen some pretty big ones! If you just put it on random you get a better idea I think.
CCP Wine is sneaky stuff
DH was trying to talk me out of losing another stone, he reckons I'll be too skinny. I fail to see how anyone can be skinny at 11 stone... I think he's just worried I'll get flat chested! I did want to get down to a size 10 but maybe I'll settle for just being a lot more comfy in 12s (rather than being able to wear some 12s only standing up while not breathing!), but whatever happens I AM going to get down to 11 stone!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I've stayed the same again, I can't believe it
I've eaten a lot today because I'm so annoyed.

Morning all - commiserations slowlyfading, it's so annoying to sts when you are expecting a loss. These bottles of wine are getting more and more persuasive CCP - I stuck well to plan yesterday, keeping my food intake to 1,000 calories and then in the evening 2 (large) glasses of wine seemed to leap into my hands! Oh well, food was as follows:
B - Porridge & mixed berries
L - Scrambled egg and tomatoes on 2 toasted Nimble. thin ham & couple HM wedges. Choc-it on strawberries.
D - Ravioli, salad & LF potato salad. Sliced mini banana, raspberries & SF jelly.
S - Satsumas, bag of Cheese Curls and then the 2 large glasses of wine to spoil it all!
Off to the caravan later this morning but not getting the peace and quiet we expected - middle DGD (nearly 3) is coming with us. That means kiddie food to pack too - along with lots of willpower if anyone has any to spare?! See you all at the end of the week."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
Well I needn't have worried about losing weight too quickly, a lb has magically reappeared overnight (I MUST stop weighing every day but the scales are right there and I just have to!)... hoping it's becuase I feel like poo today and it will go again in a few days...
TA Good luck with the kiddy food, those leftovers are evil!
Slowlyfading that could well just be a blip, you probably lost weight but retained water. Next WI will just show a bigger drop
Breakfast - something with eggs as we finally have some in. When I can face it.
Lunch - Going to nephew's birthday tea, that's going to be a struggle! We'll see how it goes.
Dinner - probably pasta and sacla sauce (coupon thread) - must start weighing my pasta...
Low fat weetabix cake - about 100cal and less than 1g fat per slice. Have made it loads and it's yummy.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Will power needed here too, very late last night I was peckish and hunted through the cupboard, nothing there so went to the f/f. 2 - yes two! croissants and a piece of cheese laterI was feeling very stupid and hadn't enjoyed them at all. Why, oh why does food tempt me at the wrong time of day/night? So no, TA, sorry but I don't have any willpower either
. I'm calling in at the farm shop on the way home this pm so will be able to pick up some fruit, thank goodness
B - missed, only just got up (and still in my d/gown!)
L - 2 slices wm toast, I with peanut butter and 1 with vegemite
D - Veg curry made yesterday with 1/2 naan
Snacks - small bowl dry F&F to nibble at through day and whatever fruit the farm shop has, no doubt a banana
Happy Sunday0 -
Afternoon All,
I'm just enjoying a few minutes on the computer whilst DGD (18months) has her afternoon nap. I've had a busy day - well once I got up as I ditched the exercises and had a lie in this morning. I spent a couple of hours cooking this morning, preparing tonights meal and batch cooking. I made 3 apple crumbles, pancakes stuffed with garlic, mushrooms and spinach and 2 corned beef hashes. I then collected DGD and we went for a walk to the shops. Lunch for her followed then books and jigsaws and yet more books. She usually has one and a half to two hours nap so I've had my lunch and a quick tidy of the kitchen.
B: Milky coffee but nothing to eat as I was up late.
L: Prawn salad wrap. HM scone with butter.Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and spinach and topped with cheese. Apple crumble and custard.
Exercise: Just a walk to collect DGD and to the shops so about a mile at the most.

Afternoon all.
I had a sneak peek on the scales this morning and they're showing that I've lost the last kilogram and I've now reached my target for the year. If that's still the same come my official weigh day on Thursday then I'm going to be a very happy bunny indeed!
Today's been a bit of a funny day so far:
B - two seedy WM rolls with a scraping of butter and peanut butter; handful of mixed dried fruit (not fantastically healthy but I overslept and needed something I could prepare and eat in under five minute before going out)
L - two pints of cider with my sister; no food as I wasn't hungry and my sister was going to eat later
D - roast pork with some sort of veg and possibly boiled new potatoes if I'm hungry enough
Exercise - a mile and a half walk each way to and from meeting my sister: a very fast walk by the end as it was about to pour with rain (I got home with about 2 minutes to spare before the heavens opened!)
Hope everyone's having a a good and low calorie Sunday.Back after a very long break!0
