Evening All,
I am at DS's babysitting whilst he and DIL are at work. I worked (family business) with DS from 11 till 5 then did a swap with DIL and brought DGD home for tea, along with DH and DS. I had been very organized and everything was ready for DH to put in the oven so it was all hot when we got back. Not much exercise though as it was raining when we finished so I had a lift home rather than walking with the pushchair.
B: Poached egg on toast
L: One and a half rolls with home cooked ham and pickled onions. Tomatoes from the garden
S: Cadbury's fudge.Vegetable bake (as earlier this week when I made 2) so at least 6 different vegetables.
Exercise: 10 minutes cardio routine with Stability ball and DVD. Quick walk to shop and back for bread and then a walk to work so about one and a half miles in total. I was also on my feet at work and busy most of the day.

Morning all.
Weigh day today and I've put on - wait for it - 140kg: that's over 300lbs! :eek::eek::eek:
I haven't, of course - I don't think it's physically possible - but the scales I got to replace my faulty ones have also now developed a fault.Back to the shop they go at lunchtime, for a refund this time!
Today goes:
B - 3 spoonfuls of raspberry yoghurt (I could have sworn there was more than that left in the tub :undecided); honey nut shredded wheat with SS milk
S - apple
L - TBC (it's shopping day today and I've run out of just about anything to make lunch with)
D - sausage and baked bean casserole
Exercise - a walk up to the shops at lunchtime to take my scales back.
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
B - slice pineapple
L - salad with hb egg
D - have a lovely, warming steak casserole (in August!) in the sc, to have with hg potatoes
Snax - satsumas, melon, mini cornetto, banana
Exercise - sweeping the stairs, washing the bathroom floor on hands and knees cos I forgot to buy a new mop yesterday, then bringing the new patio set in from the car and putting it together. Looking at yesterdays weather I'm glad I bought a cover to go with it, don't think I'll get much use out of it this year0 -
My intake today (not had tea yet but this is on here too):
b - shreddies (148 cals) with 100ml skimmed milk (34 cals) - 182 cals
l - ham salad (110 cals), wotsits (123 cals) and a small Co$ta hot chocolate (179 cals) - 412 cals

s - vanilla yogurt (91 cals), plum (30 cals) - 121 cals
Total: 1186.25 cals.
Exercise: 30 minute walk, housework.
I'll weigh in tomorrow, don't know if I'll have lost anything, but we shall seeBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Afternoon All,
It's a beautiful day here. I've been lying on the patio in the sun with a book for a couple of hours but need to get sorted for work at 5pm now.
B: Stewed apple and raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
S: Spoonful of peanut butter.
L: Sparerib chop with new potatoes, mushrooms, HG green beans and butternut squash. Iced raspberry smoothie.(Packed tea to take to work) HM prawn salad wrap with HG baby spinach, HG cherry tomatoes and HG cucumber. I love being able to go out into the garden and pick things. It's made me eat far more salady stuff and more vegetables this year.
Exercise: Did 4 ten minute sessions with my stability ball - upper and lower body, core and cardio segments. I was going to do the 5th and final section but my daughter rang so I was on the phone for half an hour instead. I shall also walk to work which is about 3/4 mile but will have a lift home from DS when I finish around 10.15pm.

Hello everyone, give me a couple of weeks and I will be on this again...really struggling with the school hols. Eating and exercise routine up the creak, but having a nice time with the kids otherwise!
Weigh-in, I have put on half a pound. Will have a word with myself as they say
Have a good weekend all!Healthy eating aim per day: 3 fruits, 3 or more vegetables, 3 low-fat dairy portions, 3 starch portions, 2-3 lean protein portions.
Weekly aim: to include 2 portions of fish (one oily), some nuts, seeds, beans and pulses.0 -
Good Morning x
I have lost another 1.5lbs so getting close to my weight at the start of the year. However I doubt I will lose much in the next week as the "Witch" is hovering.
Today we are having a trip to C0stc0 and so I need to exercise caution in both what I spend and what I am tempted to buy and then eat as their food is absolutely delicious.
Positive weight loss vibes to you all xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Morning all - back from my five days away with the DGDs. Not a relaxing break, as you can imagine, we were on our feet from dawn to dusk! All my plans of healthy eating went awry and I found myself delving into whatever they were eating! So it was a surprise this morning to find I have STS - considering all the rubbish I have been eating (and the well deserved glass of wine or three when we finally got them to bed!!) So I am still 9st 5lbs - I have been at this weight for about 4 weeks now! However, this week we have a week to ourselves (DD and DGDs are away at the caravan so no childminding to be done) so the temptation of kiddie food won't be there and I am hoping that this week at least I will be able to stick to plan.
Food shopping to be done this morning but nothing naughty is going in my trolly. Today's menu:
B - Porridge with raspberries
L - Grilled cherry tomatoes (need using up!) on a toasted LF muffin & tiny sprinkle LF cheese. Salad. Strawberries & dollop FF vanilla yogurt.
D - Poached smoked haddock, HM wedges & salad. SF jelly, mixed berries & WW fromage frais.
S - Grapes, satsumas & nectarine.
Have a good weekend everybody."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0
