L - Disaster, got my lunch ready before I went out to meet friends, and we all ended up in a pub. Steamed chicken breast with pate stuffing, wrapped in prosciutto, and all dressed in a garlic mushroom sauce. It was delicious, but oh, it was rich! Had to leave a third of it. Passionfruit sorbet for pud, left a bit of that too.
T - 2 crispbreads with lf philly.

I have found porridge does work, but for summer can eat fruit for a late breakfast (Around 10am/11am) and I'm fine, so I think I'll stick to that.
I went to visit relatives on the weekend and was mostly healthy, fruit breakfast, sensiblish lunch and small dinner portion, did eat 3 desserts and bit much yesterday,, but weigh in today and i've STS since friday so i'm pleased, will have my proper weigh in on Weds.
Today,
Banana, orange and apple on the menu for the morning
Lunch - WW toast and scrambled egg or soup
Dinner - Chicken Lattice, with potatoes, and veg and gravy (small portion)Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

As I thought, I had a pretty bad weekend eating and drinking too much of the wrong things, but it's back on to the bandwagon today:
B - sliced peach with raspberry yoghurt
S - banana
L - LO squash, bean and pepperoni stew
S - apple
D - Thai prawn and veg noodles
Exercise - my usual walk at lunchtime, and I'm planning on walking home from work for a change, as it's a lovely day.
lovetopaint - thanks for your thoughts on the whole 'winter blues' thing. I've always suffered from a low mood in the winter but last year was really bad - you're quite right, though, that that doesn't necessarily mean that this year will be as bad - I might be OK after all.Back after a very long break!0 -

Once again i'm back on the bandwagon, I think this happens to me everymonth LOL.
Last WI 9th August -13st 10lb.
Had a chinese at the weekend and quite a bit of boozebut was good yesterday and even went to Zumba last night (usually Sunday is the laziest of days for me!)
So today:
B-tea, 1 sugar, ss milk. 2 boiled eggs 2 slices of oaty bread
sn-dairylea jumbo tubes
L-WW Chicken Noodle soup, 1 slice of oaty bread
sn- apple & orange
D-Not sure yet whatever OH makes! will be a small portion though.
Excersise. Bodystep class at 6pm, 20 min walk at lunchtime and half hour walk home after work.
Next WI is Wed, not sure if i'll have lost anything.

Afternoon All,
DH and I went out to lunch today so not as healthy as it could be. However, I did my exercise DVD this morning and also had a 7 mile walk so hopefully the stray lb I put on over the weekend will soon be gone again.
B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
L: Single egg and about a dozen chips. Coke. HM flapjack with my coffeeHM Smoked mackerel pate with HG salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes - maybe in a wrap. Pear.

Okay, so I've counted calories for the first time in ages today.
b - 2 slices of toast with a scraping of PB - 230 cals
l - 2 wheetabix with skimmed milk - 195 cals
s - vanilla yogurt - 91 cals
t - crispy chicken with baked beans - 416 cals, raspberries - 20 cals, half a kit kat - 53.5
Total: 1005.5 cals
I think my aim for the next couple of weeks is to stay within the 1000-1200 cals range, and see where it goes.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Had a handfull of WW chips, ham & salad for tea last night, so not too bad, could have had a lot more. Went to Zumba instead of Bodystep just because the new Bodystep routine isn't any fun, and I like to shake my thing at Zumba hehe
Today:
B-cup of tea, 1.5 sugars, ss milk. Branflakes, raisens and ss milk
Sn-Dairylea jumbo tubes :S
Lu-WW Chicken soup, 1 slice of oaty bread. Actimel
Sn-apple & orange
D-Not sure yet, OH usually makes!
Excersise - 20 min walk at lunchtime if rain stays away, if not then probably nothing! Been Zumbaing Sun, Mon will be doing it Wed & Thu too, so tonight is my night off!
