  • Morning all. Well I reckon I had my best day of sticking to plan yesterday than I have in the whole of the last week, so hopefully back on track again! Although no exercise done at all as the hangover hung over all day and I was feeling pretty sorry for myself and vowing NEVER AGAIN!! Feeling back on par this morning and have just packed my provisions for our few days at the caravan - salads, veg, fruit, chicken, fish etc. And NO wine!!!!

    Today's menu:
B - Poached egg on Nimble toast, a couple of slices thin ham and grilled tomatoes.
L - Ravioli & salad. Sliced banana, strawberries & FF vanilla yogurt.
D - Chicken, salad & HM wedges. SF jelly & mixed berries with WW fromage frais.
    S - Grapes, nectarine, satsuma.

Have a good week everybody and hope to see less of you on Friday!

    Morning all.

Well, I'm back after a pretty poor weekend - my motivation seems to evaporated entirely at the moment. I stepped on the scales this morning and I've put on a pound, which surprises me not at all. :( All I can do is climb back on the bandwagon, I suppose, and hope I re-find my enthusiasm somewhere along the way.

B - honey nut shredded wheat with SS milk
    S - bunch of grapes
L - ham, cucumber and tomato sandwich; small pack of veggie crackers
    S - nectarine
D - veg noodle stirfry with smoked seeds

Exercise - my usual lunchtime walk, as long as the rain holds off until then.

Very well done to everyone who's lost weight this week. :T

Morning everyone, just a rushed note before I go off to my pumpping iron class - well, learning to breathe, anyway ;). 60 + years and they decide I've not been doing it right, ha ha.

Yesterday was pretty good, everything low cal, carb, fat etc. Super spread, we sat down to lunch at 12.30pm and left the table at 4pm :D, then went to the local lavender farm - beautiful! No breakfast or tea, too full from lunch.

Don't know if I lost any lb's with all that running around looking after everyone yesterday but this morning my XL sized tum definitely looks flatter. Long may it last!

    Today -
    B - nectarine, 2 apricots
L - left over undressed salad, prawns in lf philly mixed with ff yogurt
D - one egg omelette with mushroom, tomato, bacon. Slice melon
Snacks - slice pineapple, few pistachios, banana

    Happy Monday!

STS after my holiday which is all I hoped for. Went out last night to Nandos for end of holiday treat and had rice and corn instead of chips and coleslaw an myfitnesspal app tells me thats a reasonably low cal option so will remember that for a meal out.

    Today

    B - shredded wheat, milk
L - rice, courgette and chickpea curry
    D - not sure yet
S - alomnds, plums and baby carrots

Ignore my previous! Suddenly felt nauseous after breakfast so no L, and D just a couple of spoons of left-over beef curry and one of mash. One plum, one loganberry from the garden. This evening nibbled on half a slice of toast to try to stop feeling queasy. Only two cups of tea then water to drink for the rest of the day. I think I picked too much on Sat and jumped up and down serving everyone yesterday so didn't sit to eat or let my meal digest properly :o. Early night tonight, should be back to proper meals tomorrow...

    Me for today:

B - HN shredded wheat with SS milk; crust of bread with butter (left over from making my sarnies for lunch - naughty, but I couldn't let it go to waste, now could I? ;):o)
L - cheese, tomato and salad cream sarnie; LF strawberry yoghurt (the same one that has been on meal plan since the weekend - I must get round to eating it soon or it's going to go OOD! :o)
    S - bunch of grapes
D - probably bean and squash curry with naan bread, although I might change my mind (I'm feeling indecisive today :o); nectarine

Exercise - my usual lunchtime walk

Have a good day, all - I hope you're feeling better by now, sparrer.

    b - shredded wheat
    l - m&s antipasti
    d - out for a curry!
    s - plums and a yoghurt

Hoping to manage a half hour run - not been for 10days so might struggle - mainly to manage enough cals to have a curry!

    Afternoon All,

Didn't get chance to post yesterday as my daughter came up to stay and I had work from 5 till 10.30 last night. My daughter is driving back to London as we speak so won't be able to relax until I know she is home safe and sound. She was supposed to be staying for a meal this evening so she could see her brother but after all the problems we thought she'd be better leaving this afternoon! We did manage to go out to lunch but DS had to work so didn't make it.

    B: Milky coffee
    L: Egg and chips, Coke.
D: HM pancake stuffed with bacon and onion and topped with a cheesy sauce. Served with green beans. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
    Snack: Spoonful of peanut butter!!

Exercise: 20 minutes exercise DVD. Short walk with DD and also to cafe so about 2 miles. Also now she isn't here I can go and give blood this evening so will walk up there and back - about one and a quarter miles in total.
