Good morning fellow Osers
Well I woken up to a miserable wet day and no car:( Oh well no excuse not to get on top of the housework:(:(
CCP- Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks for weightloss to show- our weight can change by as much as -/+ 5lb in one day- if you continue to stick to your diet, it should show next week.
Well still plugging away with PM. Todays food will be:
Breakfast: porridge, ski smooth yoghurt, bucket of coffee
Lunch: HM bread with soup, twinks hobnob
Dinner: Wedges, sausages, baked beans, fried eggs
Pudding: a choco fairy cake and icecream
Drinks: tea, coffee and lots of squash
Have a good day everyone

Thanks, empy - that makes me feel a bit better. I was hoping to lose a fair bit of weight this week as I haven't been eating much (because I haven't been hungry rather than for diet reasons) - with a bit of luck the loss will show up next week instead.
I had a change of plan for lunch as I couldn't bring myself to fancy salad on such a wet, miserable day - I popped down to the shop and bought a Mexican chicken roll and some instant tomato soup, which were tasty and warming enough (particularly the chillies in the Mexican chicken ) to almost drown out the little voice in my head squeaking that this is not an OS type of lunch!
I'll have the salad with my chilli con carne tonight, instead.Back after a very long break!0 -

I was planning on having a tuna salad for lunch, but as it's currently torrential rain here, I couldn't bring myself to eat it either! Had WW tomato soup instead, and feel much betterBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Unexpected but rather unwanted boost to weight loss. Im not very well for the past two days so not much eaten and struggling as feel very sick. Even my anti sickness meds not really working.
Anyway keep plodding on xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

PJ1 thanks for the recipe it sounds simple and good, btw hope the eyes are better soon.
Molly get well soon too
You know I perfectly understand not wanting to eat salad on really rainy days, not my choice either. Having sausages tonight but probably on a sandwich as going out garden visiting with my Women's Insitute (if I say WI it looks like I'm going out with my "Weigh In" on here:)) Hope th erain clears up."doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0 -
172.8 today, 2lb HEAVIER than I was before the weekend but I'm hoping that's temporary water retention and alcohol!
Going swimming with a friend tonight to do lengths so will try to burn some off!
Hope everyone's well, no time to catch up at the moment...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Had a really busy day today so haven't managed to get on the computer till now. I had a Pilates class this morning and just as I'd got home I got a phone call from work to ask if I could go in as they were short staffed. I collected DGD straight from work, gave her her tea and then took her home to bed and babysat till 10.30pm.
B: Stewed rhubarb with Greek yoghurt.
L: HM pancake stuffed with bacon, mushrooms and spinach and topped with cheese. Banana.Pork loin steak, peas, small spoonful of mashed potato. HM scone with butter.
Exercise: One hour of Pilates. Walk to exercise class and back and to work so about 2 and a half miles in total.Weight Loss Challenge 5/7/19 10st 6lbs
