Just realised no carbs at all- prob not healthy?
Tried to drink more water, less coffee.
Today may be less controlled I think!:hello:loves old-style0 -

Hello
Sorry for sporadic posting, been a bit up in the air with things and have let things slip. Ate a box of dairy milk yesterday - with some assistance from DS and DD. Have gained another couple of pounds which is worse than useless as I haven't lost any in ages.
Bfast cornflakes
Lunch cheese sarnie - strong cheese so less of it.
Dinner undecided as I need to shop and not sure who is in/out and when.
Trying to steel myself to walk to work and leave car at home. Better get a move on.

So the weight loss isn't going so well. I've put on again this week and I'm now half a kilo away from my post Christmas weight
Need to get myself into gear again!
Hope everyone's doing better than I am!0 -
Hi all
Things are not going well here either. I've lost my dieting mojo completely.
I finally plucked up the courage to weigh myself in Boots yesterday and I am 12st 9lb!
I was 12st 1lb on 21/12/09 which was as low as I got and it has been backwards all the way from there.
I need to sit down and really decide why I need to do this (cos I'm fat!:() and set myself some new targets. I will settle for being 10st but need to break it down in to chunks and not to panic which I am a bit. I feel a little out of control without SW but I have got to get over this and find my own way. I need to make my own set of rules which are not draconian enough to set me against myself (IYSWIM) but will stop me overeating.
Sorry not to be very positive today but hopefully my weigh-in will give me a bit of a kick up the a*se and I can start again from today.
Well done to everybody who is losing :j- it's a really good feeling and I want to get it back!August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0
