hi all,
Think the scales are up the creek as I've been on them 3 days in a row and they say 2lbs less each time! Can't have lost that much that quickly - unfortunately!
Anyway, well done to all the losers.

Hi all,
Yesterday was OK, ended up with a picky tea of cheese, bread, pickles and chutney and a few grapes and a bag of Walkers french Fries so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
Today I have tried to show some restraint and have been out and done 5 miles on my bike so I feel pretty good.
B: 2 white toast
L: Ciabatta with mozarella, tomato and pestoFilled fresh pasta (6 ravioli) with HM roasted veg sauce, 2 pieces of garlic bread from a mini baguette and a large side salad
S: HM rhubarb crumble with a measured scoop of vanilla ice cream
Its alot of food for me but I hope the cycling has offset some of it
Heres hoping for a good week next week0 -
Hello everyone  can i join please. Have just start my first grocery challenge but really need to lose around 18lbs. (and at 5'1 everyone lb shows!) could blame it on my 2 lovely boys 4yrs and 7 months but know its the midweek vino and snacks (& dominos pizza) that are really doing me no favours. Have never really liked diet clubs and cant stand ready meals so think this is the thread for me.............lost 2.5lbs last week so hoping for the same again this weekCC debt Aug 2018 £50.2K

Welcome to all the newbies and well done on your loss Keiss. :j
I've lost 1 measly pound, but mustn't be churlish about it as I have been very bad the last few days. Have succumbed to the flu and feel dreadful so there's been a bit of comfort eating going on. But at least made some sensible substitutes (mini milks instead of Ben n Jerry's). So I suppose I have improved my attitude a little and not let go completely. Mini milks are only 30 calories, result!
Today will try and be sensible even though I just want chocolate biscuits and sugary tea.
B: clementine, yoghurt (100)
L: cullen skink soup (300)cauliflower cheese grill (200), 3 roast potatoes (150), veg (100)
That's only 850 calories, I shall have to eat about 10 mini milks now2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -

Hi all,
Sorry haven't noted everyones losses but a big Well Done the losers and congrats to Grateful!
I haven't posted many meals lately as have been a bit hit and miss with cravings and late night pickings. Also had far too much wine at the weekend - but have made friends with a lovely couple so hopefully not all the calories where 'empty' ones!!I also suffered with restless legs last night and I think the wine was a big contributer to that, so have got myself organised and today is:
B: cereal about 50g with a splash of milk and pinch of sugar - 250 cals
S: apple
L: left over HM lasange, WW yogurts - approx 500 cals
S: carrot sticks and reduced fat hummus - 150 cals (Hummus is on offer at sainsburys 2 x 3 small pots for £1.80)chicken with coconut milk & corranidar sauce and rice - 600+ cals (must find the reduced fat coconut milk next time I shop)
I have the same day time meals planned for tomorrow withstewing beef and tamarind curry

Morning all. Well done to anyone who has lost recently, been a busy couple of days for me so haven't had a chance to catch up properly yet. To anyone who is struggling (like me, still ) hang on in there! I had a TERRIBLE weekend, really, it was digusting how much I ate and I'm really paying for it this morning. However, my lesson has been learnt; eat like a pig one day and i WILL wake up feeling like a pig the next day. I'll eat sensibly today and hit the gym tonight and hopefully the damage will be somewhat minimised.
Today's plan:
B: Small bowl porridge, half banana
L: Spinach and tuna salad, pear + apple
Snack: PearHM carrot, lentil and butterbean soup
Snack: Tinned fruit
Exercise: Run 10K at the gym, 200 sit ups0 -
Woohoo 4lb loss for me since last monday!
Though i can only really claim half the credit! Beginning of last week i tried really hard with a 7 mile walk and eating well and drinking loads of water. Then thursday i fell ill so havent eaten as bigger portions as i normally would. Still managed a BBQ yesterday though
I hope everyone is having a good start to the week.Orange Fairy
