Well done to all who've lost weight. I won't be in that category at WI tomorrow night as I've had the munchie monster in me for the past few days. Got back into the old mindset of eating for the sake of it, even when not long had a dinner! Had been hoping for an extra good week as I'm away for a long weekend this Thursday consisting of food and booze on a massive scale!!
Today:
Breakfast - Cherrios and ss milk
Snack - Apple
Lunch - HM Gammon soup, yogurt
Dinner - Gammon & sweetcorn pasta
Working till 9pm so will probably mindlessly snack when I get in :mad:0 -

Quite a good start to the week for me yesterday. So what if I allowed myself 1 slice of HM bread with my soup at dinner, I didn't have any of the cakes that were in the office all day and managed to run 10k at the gym lastnight too, so that's not a bad day in my books. Hoping for a repeat performance today.
B: Porridge made with water, half banana, spoonful strawb jam
L: Tuna and spinach salad, low fat yog, banana
Snack: Carrot/cucumber/celery veg sticks and/or an appleLemony prawn and pea pasta
Snack: HM wholemeal fruit scone
Exercise: Run 10K at the gym (two nights in a row, hope my legs can handle it!) and 200 sit ups
Have a good day everyone :cool:0 -
Been AWOL for a bit as I had a terrible week last week. Have had a bit of a health issue going on so that has left me feeling quite down which has resulted in me comfort eating.
I've not even bothered doing a WI this week so might do one next weekend if I'm feeling up to it.
Have seen some great losses posted so keep up the good work and hugs to everyone else!0 -
Congrats to all those with losses!! I gained half a pound at WI last night which is fine by me as I was expecting about 2lbs gain
Next week will be a different matter though as am off from tomorrow for a long boozy weekend!
Have a good weekend all :beer:0 -
Morning all.
Still have this dreadful flu but it doesn't seem to be curbing my appetite. Have been restrained though and tried to be in control. Just had a cheeky weigh-in and lost 1lb since sunday, which brings me down to 12st 12lb from 13st 9lb in January so am pleased, though it seems to be much harder to chip away at the pounds now. I forsee an increased weightloss when this flu ends and the weather gets nicer as I'll be more motivated to get out of the house! Food today:
B: banana and slice of toast (200)
S: yoghurt (70)
L: veg risotto (400)
S: options hot choc (30)baked potato and salad (500)
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
