Well done JoJoB, taplady and newlywed :T:T, and everyone else who has lost.
(((((Hugs to those struggling)))))
My WI tomorrow morning...not sure if I have lost or not this week. I am certainly eating less and better stuff, but not done as much exercise as I should have...so we'll see. I have also had a touch of TOTM this week , which usually plays havon with my attempt to lose weight.
Will post sometime tomorrow.
Night, night x

So disappointed, I haven't lost anything again
I've been really disciplined and doing long hours in work so not tempted to snack as I've been so busy but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
Maybe next week I will try and get some more variety into my meals during the early part of the day as they are pretty boring at the moment.
B: Crunchy nut cornflakes (dont even like them, just fed up)
L: Some sort of sandwich as we will be out on the roadNo idea as we are going to a music festival and they always seem to sell crap!
Have a good weekend all0 -
floyd - try not to be discouraged - dont throw it all away cos you're fed up! it will come off! x x xDo what you love :happyhear0

Hi everyone. I would love to join in as the weight has been creeping on. Been using the excuse of saving money to eat up all left-overs. Not good! Big family celeb in the summer and would love to lose at least one dress size.:hello:loves old-style0
