I can confirm that the cough doing the rounds is terrible, I intended to walk down to the bottom of the village yesterday but after I took the post up to the post office (about 400 yards there and back) I realised I am not really that well yet, felt very woozy and tired. Still got a good nights sleep so hopefully really on the mend now.
I feel very sorry for you Sparrer, sounds like your chest is giving you some real gipp.
We had heavy rain last night (18mm) so the garden is looking very fresh and bright
Did weigh in this morning, 15st 0lb:eek: Still its a pound less than when I started. Really got to focus on losing weight, we have a family party in August and I want to look good for that.
Having monk fish with proscuitto for tea, new pots and a salad I think. However if HD not back that needs to be saved for tomorrow, don't have a clue what to have if that happens."doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0 -

im loving hearing everyones plans.
Today:
B: grapes, half of lunch
L: salad box with 180g butter beans and pieces of ham
S: nectarine, fruit crisps (43cal / <0.1g fat), 1/2 pasta mugshot, special k red berries with 1% milkwild mushroom bulgar wheat, blueberries
I've eaten a lot today and yesterday but have tried to keep it low fat. I've been uncontrollably hungry! I think I'm ovulating at the moment so Google'd to see if there could be a link and it does look like more 'hunger hormone' (ghurlin?) is produced during ovulation so I'm hoping it's that and appetite is soon under control again! Does anyone else get hungrier at certain times too?
Plan for tomorrow:
B: special k red berries with 1% milk
L: salad box with 180g butter beans and Schwartz salad seasoning
S: fruitsheperdess pie

Morning all. I knew I wouldn't be able to restrain myself when let loose on the carvery last night! The roasties looked so good I couldn't resist, also the buttery mash!! Plus far more wine consumed than I intended to drink too! Stressful day ahead - just awaiting the arrival of my 3 DGDs! The eldest to get ready and take to school then the young ones to entertain for the day. It's easier if we take them out somewhere but we'll need somewhere near to shelter as these downpours come from nowhere. Once we get rain it never knows when to go away does it. I think the gardens have had enough now!
After last nights scoffing I must be good today so hope I can stick to my menu:
B - Scrambled egg on WW granary toast
L - Chicken & salad sarnie in a Warburtons thin, HM Red Pepper soup. Bag cheese curls. WW fromage frais.
D - Tuna steak, salad & HM wedges. SF jelly, meringue nest, mixed berries & dollop of FF yogurt.
S - Grapes, melon, satsuma.
Have a good day everybody."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -

Morning all
Have to confess I didn't stick to my plan for dinner - I had a terrible day yesterday, heard that my grandma is very ill, and will probably die in the next day or two, got stuck in ridiculous traffic on the way home, and then my back had a massive spasm during pilates. First one for 2 months, and it's so so sore.
By the time I got in I was fit for nothing, and DH ordered us a takeaway
hoping to get back on track today though:
breakfast: shredded wheat fruitful, SS milk, dried apricots
lunch: meatball soup, peach, apple
dinner: lamb kofta things I didn't make yesterday
snacks: satsumas
exercise - 45 minutes swimming after work, to try and keep my back movingLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
