Morning All
Thanks TA for the birthday wishes and the heads up that calories dont count today
Ended up with chilli & rice for tea last night & glass of wine.
I came into work this morning to find my desk had been decorated with a birthday banner and big 40 signs all over the show. Even better a bottle of rum, coke & some chocolates. Looks like my birthday will be ok afterall.!
Nothing really planned just off to my dads for tea. I'll be even lucky to get a card off DH!
Today:
B - 2 slices white Toast
Lunch - corned beef & lettuce on wholemeal, LF yoghurt
S - Banana
D - Bangers & Mash0 -
Happy birthday, StickyNikki! Have a lovely day.Back after a very long break!0

Hi all,
Happy Brithday StickyNikky
Women's Institue wasn't bad, ate only two cakes, Rose had made whoopie pies but then cut them in half as they were too big so maybe that only counts as 1/2 a cake;)
Its HM pizza night, These are rather big but much much less oil inthe crust than commercial pizzas and I won't put any meats on mine to keep the calories down a bit. Also I put fresh mozzarella on less fat and salt than hard cheses like chedder.
More convalesence over the weekend, I hope the weather is a bit better, otherwise things will go to pot if I'm stuck indoors reading the paper getting bored and snacking.
Have a good weekend all, see you Monday."doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0 -
Today hasn't been so good...
b - HM banana and berry smoothie.
s - two slices toast
l - smoked mackerel with salad, small piece of rocky road
d - be good to yourself chicken korma, 1 onion bhajji, 3 poppadoms, 1 chocolate cookie.
Definitely not so good! Here's to a better weekendBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Still got more to go mind you! But feel much happier now I'm back just under 11 stone.

Morning all. Well done newlywed I am envious! Well it's weigh-day here too and I have just ventured on the scales - 9st 6.5lbs - exactly the same as last week. A bit of a disappointment as, although I have had a couple of bad days, I have been good the other days. Oh well, I shall carry on regardless and see what next Saturday brings. I am not very hopeful, however, as we don't have the DGDs to look after till next Friday so we are away to the caravan Monday morning for a few days well earned break from them!! (I love them to bits really but they are hard work!) I always try to stick to plan when we are there but somehow find it harder to resist temptation.
Today's eats:
B - Porridge with raspberries
L - (Packed lunch today) Warburton's Thins sarnie (ham and salad), bag Aldi cheese curls, banana, nectarine.
D - Prawn & tuna salad with HM wedges. Strawberries with WW choc dessert.
S - Grapes, satsumas.
Have a good day/weekend all."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
