I'm going to try and get up a bit earlier tomorrow, make my fruit salad at home and sit and enjoy it before work.

Winter time i find it easier to eat as i have porridge to warm me up - can you eat it cold in the summer?

I seem to remember you asked this question back in May here and I suggested Bircher Muesli.

Yes you did - i've still not tried it, as been eating out of the cupboards/freezer at the moment! But will try it when payday comes around again!

A rather naughty change of plan for me for dinner - having defrosted the tortilla wraps I've decided I really don't fancy prawns tonight, so I've dug out some wedges of frozen pizza and will have those with salad instead. :o

On the positive side, I did manage to resist the lure of a free Danish pastry earlier so I'm slightly ahead of the game. ;)
Back after a very long break!
