    Hi all,

Welcome to new folk and well done to all the losers

Not feeling so bad now after climbing on the scales after a sketchy few weeks on and off with too many extra treats because I have been working horrendous hours and there have been 5 birthdays in 3 weeks so there has been lots of cake and lunches out ;) The result is that I am 3lb off my previous best so I have a few to go before I can say I'm 'losing' again :)

B: 2 wholemeal toast, no butter and HM marmalade

L: 1/2 Ciabatta roll with mozarella, vine toms and green pesto with salad

D: Chickpea curry with basmati rice and 2 poppadoms

S: Nothing else today even though I made a banana bread earlier :)

Hoping for a good week to lose a few more lbs
  • Hi
Will weigh myself in morn but not too hopefull. Have managed to get out today for a walk to shops but much more exercise is needed if I'm to shift any of this extra weight.
Bfast Tinned grapefruit with natural yoghurt.
Lunch half tin of spagetti hoops and one slice of wholemeal bread.
Dinner HM pie, (pastry on top only) with quorn, mush, onion and leek. 4 small roasties and portion of broccoli. Missed out on my 5 a day. Again.
    WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Morning all. Like a few others - hello tappy :D - have had a silly weekend. Had drinks friday night, chinese saturday, proper roast potatoes and chocolate yesterday. Now that we haven't had chinese in a while I realise how rich it is! Me and OH were up most of the night with our stomachs turning somersaults. :o

Anyway, where did february go? Did I really just lose 2lb all month? Tragic. Am going to be a mad march hare, bounding with energy and considerably lighter for it by April. This is going to be the month where I MEAN IT!!!!!!!!

Going to baby yoga this morning so that will be a good start.

B: 1 slice wholemeal nimble with marmite (100) banana (70)

    S: pear, diet coke (50)

L: cheese and brocolli pasta (500)

D: veggie chilli and rice (500)

I may even attempt some situps today.
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher
  • JoJoB - Can i borrow some of your enthusiasm please? Feb was a bit rubbish for me too but I'm determined to crack on in March and actually make this happen :T

Food-wise my weekend was alright - not terrible but not great either. Still off the chocs and sweets for lent (it's been almost 2 weeks now and I'm still craving - is this normal?!) but must admit that I did some homebaking yesterday which was sampled by yours truely :D:o On the whole tried to have an active weekend (spinning class on Sat and 10K run on Sun) so hopefully not too much damage done.

    Today:
B: Porridge made with water, half banana, handful raisins
L: Spinach and chickpea salad, a pear and a plum
Snack: Carrot/cucumber/veg sticks (love munching on these but can never usually be bothered to prepare them)
D: Not sure yet, but have a couple of large flat mushrooms that need using up
Snack: Probably a slice of fat-free sponge :o

    Exercise: 5K run + 15min cycle + 15min cross trainer

Have a good day everyone :j

Ooooooo I don't think that's such a good idea :naughty: She's only just found it ~ and she didn't have much to start with so I don't think sharing it around is very sensible :D

    Hello all, Hi frogga :D

Um I think I need to join again :o I've put on a stone in 2 months :o Too much time at home, too much baking of cakes and then eating them :)

Plus we've been invited to a wedding in a posh hotel and so I need to lose weight to get back into my nice outfit ;)

Still job hunting. Applied for 4 jobs, not got any replies yet so hope something else will turn up soon as I'm getting less enthusiasm for applying for work and getting more nervous about whether I can do the jobs.

Anyway food today has not been very healthy but it tasted nice:

B: bacon and two fried eggs with english breakfast muffins.
L: pasta with bacon and tomato sauce - blueberry muffin :o
    S: four biccies
D: boiled gammon, roast parsnips, carrots and sweet potato - glass of wine

Done quite a bit of walking today though.
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
