made some yoghurt ice lollies out of muller light, get 4 lollies to a tub, so only 25 cals each and not too expensive on the purse as they are on offer.

That a good idea! I am not too fond of ice cream (except Ben & Jerrys ...) but do like frozen yoghurt, so I may well try this. Oh, well first I have to buy a new freezer, it's ridiculous trying to live well and cheaply without one. But being broke its hard to buy one too! (looks on ebay....)

Have been good and bad, and enjoyed both so all well there :)

Bfast - weetabix on the go (alarm didn't go off)
Lunch new pots, chicken, sweetcorn in honey mustrad dressing
    Tea - Veggie pasta bake
snack - so far a banana but I do see some cake left over there....hmmm

Didn't eat very healthily at the weekend, planned to but didn't! BUT did do loads of exercise so hoping not too much damage done, normally do a weigh in near end of month so must be good this week! ;)

            Today:
B: 2 slices of toast, l/f spread, jam and honey
S: none (and its lunch time :j)
L: tin of soup & 1 slice of bread
            S: apple
D: rainbow trout with pots & veg ( This was a reduced bargin as there were 2 in the bag when I thought it was only one! OH has to cook as they are whole and I don't do food that looks at you!)

WELCOME to the newbies and lots of will power to you all
