Thanks everyone, Sams 24/7 I feel your pain! I'm really down because I have been trying really hard for the last few weeks (no bread at all, which is unusual for me!) and I lost one pound last week and have stayed the same this week.:( I haven't taken a lot of exercise but I've been busy decorating so was hoping that would help with my weight loss. This is the time where I would sit down with a cup of tea and handful of biscuits but due to your back up on here I'm going to keep at it!
Maybe it'll show results next week.... Yes, I'm going to forget the scales for a week and hope that it's better news next Monday.
Well done to all of the losers,:A I'll be joining you soon hopefully.:)

hi all, sorry for not posting for so long.
really been struggling due to a combination of weather, stress and letting bad habits back in.
started off okay, had toast for breakfast, popped out to polish of the bread sat on the side and a fair sized slice of stollen.
will be back on the bandwagon tomorrow. trouble is ive got such a sweet tooth and need to curb it.
plus im a big comfort eater.
will hopefully get myself weighed and my bmi done wed in the local community centre as their a thing going on with it then, so will know exactly how much i way and work it out with my scales.
really feeling bad as id love to be more a 14 than 22/24 and annoyed at how ive let myself get so big, much bigger than before i did weight watchers.

    Hi all,

Starting the week off with a blinder, no rubbish and 5 mile blast along the prom after work to blow away the cobwebs :)

B: Porridge with skimmed milk and a blob of HM bramble jelly (trying to stay off the bread)

L: HM thai veg curry and rice

D: Oven baked fish and HM potato wedges with mushy peas

S: Pear and a small skinny Options hot chocolate

Hoping to carry this on for the rest of the week
  • HI...well done losers and well done non losers for trying!!!, the trick here is not to get too down if you havent lost, i always go for a walk and think about what i have eaten, i tend to get stuck after about 5 weeks so im gonna start my yoga dvd when i do, so im not gonna go mad on the excersise yet!
    B. porridge
    L. hm minestrone soup and 1 slice wm bread
    D. salmon burger, sweet potato mash, steamed beetroot and salad.

I had 3 glasses of red wine on saturday night which was very naughty but well...i wont have any this week, ive cut down a lot on beer cos im skint and thats made a big difference to the weight coming off, lost 6lb last week. Its funny how quick you get tipsy when your not eating much.....:)
It's all staring us in the face...we just can't see it!!!

    Hi all,
Was eating more last week but all healthy stuff - just too much of it - so only lost half a lb. Still that makes 8lbs now in total since beginning December.

b: 40g cereal and oat milk
    s: two satsumas
s: 35g kraze cereal (dry - satisfies my crisp craving and my sweet craving)
    l: HM soup
    s: a few grapes
d: sweet and sour chicken stir fry

Hmm still looks like loads when written down :o

    Morning all

I had a hospital appointment last week at I was mortified at my weight and have been shamed into action! Unfortunately excercise is out at the moment on the advice of the Doctor until he finds out what is causing multiple tendonitis as I could rupture tendons so its down to what I eat at the moment.

Started last wednesday have had three meals a day, no snacking, no chocolate, no crisps, and generally eating more fruit, veg and salad and thinking about what I eat rather than just shovelling anything in!

    so today
    B - 2 slices of toast
L - ham bun, granola topped with HM yoghurt
    D - Mince stew

Not sure when i'll get weighed as I don't possess any scales but I can feel I've lost a couple of llbs - might ring the doctors and see if there is a 'weigh-in' facility.

Gave in and rejoined WW online yesterday. There was an offer on quidco for £30 cash back. Have signed up for 3 month plan which is £29.95 (so it really will not have cost me anything).
Have been struggling with calorie counting so am trying the new WW points plan for a bit of motivation.
Thank you to everyone who has posted on here and well done to all that have lost weight.

Another lb down today. Ran 30 mins at the weekend and planning an hour run/walk this eve.

Trying a new breakfast approach as bored of porridge and getting hungry by 9.30

B - Poached egg, 1 slice plain toast, bit of ketchup
    S - apple
L - veg and kidney bean chilli an a wholemeal tortilla
S - 3 dried apricots and some hazlenuts
D - jerk chicken, rice and peas, salad

Trying to up my protein a bit to see if I feel fuller for longer!

4lb down and alread clothes are startign to feel less snug - going to try some of my next size down ones on when I get under the next stone (still 7lb to go)

Right, back on track today. Didn't do too bad yesterday but did succumb to a chocolate mousse in the evening.

    Bfast - egg, beans tomatoes
Lunch - new pots with chicken and tomatoes
Tea- veggie sausage bean bake with veg
    Snack - fromage frais

I must get myself back to walking again........
