    hi all :D

not my bes day today so this is when i really need the kick not to think 'aww well, ive blown it' :o

am feeling very full after going out for a curry, wasnt as bad as i have been in the past but didnt manage to resist the poppodoms and extra nibbly bits :o. so......today has been:

    2 x wn toast

big hm fruit smoothie, i crumpet, butter & a couple of slices of beef
1 hm banana and choc chip muffin

1 poppodom, yog sauce. tandoori fish and most of a king prawn dansak. few tbs boiled rice and 1/2 chappati. i did resist wine and the high fat pilau rice though.

not great but the most important thing is to get right back to it tomorrow.

hope you are all doing better than i have ;)

    vix xx

Thanks Keiss21 I tend to try to ignore it if I haven't lost any and believe it if I've lost some, very selective! I think your right, once a week is probably better. You've done really well, half a stone! I'd be thrilled to bits if I'd done that. Well done Vixtress, that's the way, straight back on the wagon, don't let a little blip get you down.:)

    morning all!
well today will be the danger time for me, its the day after a 'well, ive ive blown it day' this is what i found the most important thing when i lost the 3 st in 2009. i have to not see it has having blown it, i have to see it as having had a treat in the midst of my healthy eating lifestyle!!

so the plan for today is:
    2 x wm toast & marmite
roast beef, cabbage, carrots and maybe peas with gravy & 1 yorkie (no spuds for me)
snack later on will be cheese and oat cakes when OH gets here (this is where i have to show restraint!)

am taking the kids swimming so that should keep me out of trouble

hope your all having a good one :D

I had a naughty day yesterday, but it was a treat day. Back on the waggon today. Dinner is beef pie (top crust pie so that cuts down on the pastry consuption!) with mash and veggies.

not sure about the rest of the day. has a coffee so far, but not hungry yet. Have some crumpets and jam so maybe a couple of them.

See how you get on with once a week, thanks for the encouragement.

Ended up with tortillas rolled with the tomato sauce and melted cheese last night, really nice. The bread & butter pudding using croissants was absolutely amazing...not very good for the diet though, especially with both ice-cream and skooshy cream as well! :rotfl:

Still, that was a treat and used up the well out of date croissants :D.

    So today:

B - Porridge as usual, with soya milk, water & sultanas
S - nothing as got up late! :D
L - Bacon butties...only one! fruit either banana or clementine
    S -
    T - Pot-roast rabbit with potaoes & veg; fruit
    S - Hotchocolate?

Off to get something done before lunch...have a great day everyone.

    Well done Eltee! :T
I smiled when I saw "nice cuppa tea"! I've started tracking my food on SparkPeople (it's free!) and I added "nice cuppa tea" as one of my favourites so I can easily add it to the planner!
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

I am distraught............. bought some scales at the weekend as I have not actually weighed myself for a couple of years, and I am heavier than I thouyght, and I thught it was pretty bad, but it's worse!! And I am really trying! :( I am really down about this and ended up spending the day yesterday just picking at food (all bad high sugar high fat things I never normally eat now). I will shake myself up later and try some more. But for now I am a big bag of goo

well done all the losers and Sams24/7 at least now you know you can use it as a starting point - you have been so good don't worry too much about the actual weight worry about bringing it down.

I think I was ok over the weekend and we have meals planned for all this week so shouldn't do too badly....

B: 50g porridge, milk and tiny bit of honey = 230cals
            L: cuppa soup with 4 rye crackers = 180cals
            S: apple = 50 cals
S: l/f plain yogurt & some frozen fruit bits (hopefully now thawed!)
D: prawn risotto with peppers & mushrooms

also going to make some carrot & coriander soup tonight; OH will have as a starter to bulk out dinner and I will have as lunches.
