Morning all! Well yesterday was mixed. On the one hand I had too much bread and peanut butter. On the other hand I did stop eventually and there is actually half a loaf of bread and some peanut butter left. OH can have that, he was naughty for buying it anyway.
Will try to drink lots of water and eat less today.
B: 1 weetabix with milk and splenda
L: hm spicy parsnip soupchickpea curry and rice

Well I did the extreme diet Wednesday evening and lost 3lbs over night!!!
Extreme diet = Dodge prawn sandwich for lunch and then sit on loo with a bowl in front of you for about 4 hours.
Felt very weak yesterday and slept a lot, but think I'm on the mend now.
I know the weight loss is not real but I haven't eaten very much since Wed so if I'm sensible my monthly weigh in on 26th should be pretty good , every cloud has a silver lining and all that.
I would like to finish by saying I do NOT recommend this drop a dress size diet :eek:0 -

snap - I too spent last night like that(no prawn sandwich but a nasty bug) and have lost 3lbs since yesterday! I'm sure it will go back on before my Wednesday weigh in. I'm not feeling remotely like food today which makes a change:D
mzl - hope you're better soon x
Hope you all have a good weekend xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Taplady & mlz1413 - Errm I think I'd rather have the extra 3lbs rather than spending all day on the loo
Hope you're both feeling better today. (Oh and my sweet chilli salmon was delicious tappy, will definitely feature on the menu more often :T)
Well I've been feeling really pre-TOTM this week and it just keeps getting worse! I've been terribly snappy with OH and my already large appetite has gone through the roof  I'm trying to 'feed' the hunger by drinking lots of water and nothing else, but I'm really hoping that TOTM actually comes soon so I can go back to normalMy weekend eating routine is already usually bad - goodness knows what it'll be like this weekend if I'm still feeling moody and ravenous!:p
Today's plan:
B: Porridge made with water, chopped up pear and honey on top
L: Chickpea, cous cous and spinach salad and a small pot of easiyo yog
Snack: BananaHM chicken fajitas (making my own soft tortillas using a recipe found on here - can't wait because I loooove mexican food!)
Snack: Sugar-free jelly
Exercise: 7K run at the gym, 150 sit ups
Woohooo it's Friday everyone - hope you all have a lovely weekend :j:beer:0 -

Congratulations to all those who have lost this week :T:T, though I am not one of them!
I have put on 2 pounds (again!!) this past week...
I was sort of expecting it, and it could have been soooo much worse!
It's funny though, my head is in a much better place...I have not had chocolate for the past two days, and feeling pretty good! I am going back to a regular exerecise regime...have been lapse most of Feb, apart from walking.
Today I am going to try and restrict my grazing...sometimes I realize I have been munching all day!!! I always have a bottle of water to hand...so must root out the chewing gum (sugar-free ofcourse!), which should help curb my calorie intake.
Food for today:
B: Porridge (50/50 water/soya milk),with sultanas + OJ
S: BananaBeans on toast - warm and filling
S: Tangerine - keeping that cold at bay!
T: HM Fish & Chips - all cooked in the oven, & veg
S: Fruit, or if I am cold - a slice of toast
Have a great weekend everyone...I am going to try out Qigong tomorrow...wish me luck!:D

Taplady & mlz1413, not a good way to lose weight
hope you're feeling better soon.
Keiss 21, you have my sympathy on gaining as I have put on 1.25lbs this week. I'm not surprised as I have been over-doing it.
Have a lovely weekend everyone0
