I've stayed the same again :j Sounds daft but with Aunt Flo due anytime and the fact I've been muching bread like its going out of fashion I'm happy. :D
Hya nicki, you made me laugh with this....you see, I have (had) and Aunt Flo and a Great-Aunt Flo...and my sister is Flo (Aunt Flo to my sons)...so my family could never use this euphemism!!! :D

Food the past few days has been a bit iffy....drove up to Leeds yesterday morning, and back home tonight (DS2 at another rugby camp!). Why do I feel the need to scoff when I am driving?? I did try to just chew gum instead, and the odd wine gum, but after dropping off DS2 and wandering around town, found a Mr S and bought lots of chocolate...and then ate it!!!
My smart trousers are now getting a bit too tight on me...so I HAVE to lose weight again, as I threw-out/gave-away all my old larger ones!! :D

So as of now....no more chocolate...for Lent at least, if not longer!!! :o

I'll be back onto the wagon tomorrow...I promise!

Oooooooo Look my writing is back to normal ~ thank goodness!! :D

Spam won't help you loose weight Tappy you mad fool you?? It's FULL of FAT not to mention other unmentionables. Honestly, sometimes I think you lot know nothing :p

Well, today is the first day of being good again, again, again :o Was a bit of a greedy piggy all of last week but what's done is done. Hopped on the scales this morning to measure the damage and I'm back up to 16st 8lb. So, if I'm good right up until we break up for Easter I should be able to shift a fair old wack of that ~ I'm aiming to get down to 15st and WONT weigh again til Good Friday morning.

Hope you are all ok, anyone else gonna join in and hijack the Christian's pre Easter diet? And yes, it's ok, I am aware it has more significance than that! Everyone knows it's about saving money so you can really go mad on eggs

I think I'll postpone climbing back on frogga's wagon till tomorrow. I was very very very bad yesterday and got very drunk and ate chocolate and pasta at 1am and smoked cigarettes. I'm very upset about that, especially as earlier in the evening when I was quite smashed I managed to stand firm on the cig issue - but later on I gave in. :(

Eating is going to be haphazard today due to the hangover from hell but I will try not to be too ridiculous.

    Have a good day everyone!

    SPAM !!

Cepelinai is a Lithuanian dish of meat & dumplings - maybe does taste great but I doubt it can be good for you on a daily basis.

Also the link is to an acai berry website - naughty naughty
  • I gained 1lb at weigh-in last night :(
Celebrated/commiserated with far too many pancakes afterwards!!

    Today:
    Breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - Soup, HM Bran Muffin, Yogurt
Dinner - HM Lasagne, Broccoli & Green Beans
  • Well I seem to have my finger permanently on the self-destruct button at the moment! Even after yesterdays rant about giving myself a kick up the bum, I still continued to eat stodgy rubbish (i.e. cake) when I suffered a snack attack late in the evening. No one to blame but myself. Anyway, start of Lent today and not a morsel of chocolate or sweets will pass my lips for 40 whole days.

B: Porridge made with water, half banana, handful raisins
L: Spinach and balsamic salad with few small cubes of cheese, easiyo yog pot, pear
    Snack: Banana
D: Frittata with turkey bacon and veg
Snack: Pot of sugar free jelly

Exercise: 5K run at the gym, 150 sit ups

    Have a good day everyone.
