  • Hello everyone - weigh in this morning and pleased to report another 2lb loss. That`s 6lbs now and over the half way point to my lose 10lb for Christmas challenge.
Haven`t really counted calories this week but am aware of what I`m eating. Perhaps this is helping me.
Exercise wise went to the gym once last week and have been twice so far this week. Planning to go again tomorrow morning.
Hope everyone has a good day :)

Well done Imataloss - that is very good!

I had the pizza last night and was amazed by the calories in it! I'd planned on 1/2 with some baked mushrooms & extra light philly and realised as it was cooking that was 750 cals. As someone who isn't bother by pizza I won't be eating that again!! (it was on the meal plans I'm following)

    Today:
B: 400 cals - scrambled egg, last of b/beans and some left over mash
    S: still full from breakfast!
L: 250 cals - cuppa soup, banana & ww yogurt
D: chicken breast wrapped in parma ham with cauli & green beans.

I've done some power walking when out with the dog and also added 1/2 a lap of the park when time permits to up my exercise. Hope to go on some country walks this weekend too.

Hi everyone :) Yesterday for dinner I decided on a broad bean and veg curry instead and had the pitta to dunk rather than rice.

    Today:
B: about 30g instant oats made with water + 3 dates. Black coffee
L: HM scone with 1 tsp vitalite, handful of organic black olives and a few raisins. Cup of tea with splash of rice milk.
D: 40g pasta in hm sun-dried tomato sauce (will rinse oil off toms first) and watercress. Small glass of red wine.

I am very likely right now to have a slice of toast and yeast extract as it will be about 9pm before we have dinner. Am very hungry. Still only a couple hundred of calories tho.If I have that with a cup of veg bouillon it might stop me thinking about how hungry I am. Its dreadful how guilty we all feel about carbs nowadays, isn't it? :P
Love and compassion to all x

Had to laugh at this as currently tucking into a bag on crisps and have had to tell myself it a treat.

I've lost 2lbs since monday, just have to keep to the diet over the weekend which is always harder. But have rice cakes and cuppa soups on hand to as well as olives for if I feel the need to raid the cupboards.

    Today:
B: 300 cals: toasted teacake, thin layer of spread with cuppa
L: 300 cals: HM broccoli & stilton soup & bag of crisps (forgot my slice of bread and can't do until 5.30pm on this!) Handful of raisins.
    S: 50 cals apple
D: pork steak, think will do a stir fry with peppers, mushrooms & courgette. approx 500 cals.

Just 2 stone 3½lbs left to go :rotfl:

Over half the clothes in my wardrobe don't fit :o And the Dr told me I'm overweight :(

I'm not losing weight as such, but... I started to use a new hole on my belt! And it's a hole in the right direction :)

Well done Newlywed every little helps - to coin a well known phase!

Cruz muscle weighs more than fat and changing shape can feel so good, I know when I got back into a pair of jeans despite the scales refusing to budget I was over the moon.

I'm only keeping going on my diet because this is the last (second) week of the strict regime, although the weigh loss from last week has also been a big incentive when I find myself longing to raid the fridge!

    Today:
    B: 45g hot oat crumble cereal = 275 cals
L: med jacket spud (180g weight) with left over chilli (a large spoon ful) plus last of sour cream (that I forgot last night!) = 350 cals
    S: WW yogurt = 50 cals
D: sausage with potato & leek bake = 650 cals
