    hi all,
i typed a huge entry from work this afternoon and it disappeared
anyway the gist of it was that i have had a truly disasterous weekend but i am back to it now :o
    today has been:

    2x wm toast
chicken portion and a big bag of raw veg
2 x wm toast and smoked mackerel

i really have to be good as i woke up at 4am this morning feeling dreadful for all the carp i have eaten this weekend. it really isn worth it.

am going to karate tonight, even though its the last thing i feel like doing

    hope you are doing better

I'm on track again today. Yesterday got worse by eating a bag of crisps AND banana bread on top of the naughty lunch.

I made a load of soup last night, Carrot & corriander and Minestrone, so that is lunch times sorted for the week.

    Today :
B: single pack of cereal & milk = 115 cals
    L: Soup! + 2 slices of bread = 350 cals
    S: WW yogurt = 50 cals
D: gammon and veg = 600 ish cals

Vixtress I'm supposed to go to yoga tonight but the cold makes me feel like staying in. remember how many calories you burn and that it will help compensate for the weekend, so you'll be able to put it behind you and move on.

Can you remember any of the positions - you might feel better if you do 15 minutes, even if the basic stretching ones. Or perhaps look it up by googling to rejog your memory?

    Yesterday:
B: 2 rye crispbread with creamy soy spread + a pear. Black coffee.
L: Tea cake with hummus. Mince pie. Cup of tea + splash of rice milk.
D: Sundried tom and cannelinni stew with couscous + I must confess to the 3 slices of garlic baguette :p Small glass of dry white.

Exercise yesterday - pretty much carried a double buggy with 1 child in it on-and-off along the road, alternating with carrying an upset 4-year-old struggling in the snow (almost a mile, I think) :O Hence, the mince pie and cuppa lol.

    Today:
B: HM lemon and raisin muffin. Tea with rice milk.
L: Making corn tortillas and will fill with hummus + watercress. Black coffee. Probably a pear afterwards.
D: Likely to be beans on toast with broccoli on the side.
Later on, will probs have a small glass of dry white, olives and a small few peanuts.
Love and compassion to all x

Well it's nice to venture out again, been working from home during the snowy period. And what a miserable lot they've let out inot the shops! Where is the seasonal good cheer?

    Bfast nut burger and egg
Lumch was going to be chicken tikka salad but thats still sitting in my fridge at home forlorn and forgotten, so it was a hasty chicken tikka baguette from the bakery instead
Tea - fish, veggies, sweet pot mash
    Snack - 5 squares 70% dark chocolate
To those who are given much, much is expected

            Hi all :)

We had nut burgers too, Sam ;) Didn't fancy beans on toast last night so we had nut burgers and oven fries with leftover cannelinni beans on the side - was lovely with ketcup! I was good, too, as I only had a handful of chips (I have small hands lol)

            Today:
B: 2 rye crispbread, about 2 rounded tbsp peanut butter + 2 tsp marmalade. Tea with rice milk.
L: Not sure yet... I might do some stir fried veggies...
D: Spicy beans with rice + greens

Later, poss tea - toast if i must - or small glass dry white, a few
            olives and peanuts.
Will try sticking to veg bouillon or tea if I get peckish.
Love and compassion to all x

            Afternoon all,
I didn't make it to yoga, its too cold to be laying on a sports hall floor;) I did do some stretching though and had a couple of alcoholic drinks to keep the cold out :D

            Today:
            B: hot oat cereal
L: HM soup & roll, plus a bag of crisps that just jumped into my hand... (guilty as charged!)
            S: apple
D: pasta, gammon and extra light philly

Well done Mlz :) I always feel better for it once I can drag myself up and get going ;) Saying that...

... Last night, I walked up to the takeaway :O I had 1/2 a veg bhaji, 1/2 a mushroom pilau, 2 poppadoms and a good spoonful of lime pickle... oh and small glass of dry white... twas lush... And I did walk up there and back in the snow in the dark to earn it :p In fact, it was so lovely to just be able to walk at my own pace, without nattering on to the girls, and not pushing pulling shoving a buggy!

Exercise also included talking girls to preschool and back - again more exertion than usual and even usually its a good walk.

            Today:
B: tea with rice milk, HM oat square + pear
L: 2 rye crispbread with peanut butter and lime pickle + salad
D: Finally that beans on toast lol (not sure if I will want 1 or 2 slices yet.) Probs followed by another pear and a cuppa.

Snacks will just be a cuppa or veg bouillon if needing savoury snack.

I plan on doing a good 15 mins of Yoga when girls are in bed as it's DH's evening out after work.

            Hi all,
well pasta & gammon turned to cauliflour cheese with gammon as the cauli was starting to go brown. also have to admit to alcohol but had vodka and slimline bitterlemon - because its so tart I found I drank more, so need to stop that!

            Today:
B: 2 slices toast with peanut butter & golden syrup
S: slice of banana bread (HM on sunday and its all still sitting there looking at me:eek:)
            L: HM soup
            S: 2nd slice of banana bread :o
D: last of gammon and something - maybe pasta tonight.

Must do some house work tonight and write out xmas cards and decide on what xmas pressie's to buy - oh barhumbug to it all!
