    Hello guys x

My weight is definitely not muscle but I know what it is... the monthly PMS. Why is it everyone else I know moans about putting a couple of lbs on at this time, yet I regularly put on 1/2 stone plus. 9lbs this time. But.... we roll with it

    Breakfast
I just did not fancy food this morning - had a party ring and a cup of tea (yeah, that probably didn't help the weight thing.) I will probably have a bowl of cereal about half ten.

    Lunch plan
Almond and chopped black olives on HM bagel. Will probs have avocado salad with it too.

    Dinner plan
Either butter bean crumble with wedges, or chick pea couscous. Will try to only have a few wedges if we go for the former.
Love and compassion to all x

Oh I've not been good at all......... just before my period I get salt cravings, so have headed for crisps I'm afraid, and had chips last night instead of the planned mash. Ah well, as long as we keep with good intentions..........

Bfast - egg & quorn sausage
Lunch - chicken salad + apricot yog
    Tea - cheesy bake
    Snx - Berry & Oat biscuits x 2

On my own tonight so have got some rock n roll music on my I Tunes and I'm going to exercise with no one watching!

            Hi all,

Well done to those that have lost or changed shape :)

I've been doing pretty well this week, resisting temptation and back on proper meals with lots of variety to keep it interesting. I've also been eating porridge for breakfast even though I would much rather have toast or a bagel as I tend to hold weight less easily if I cut down on bread.

B: Porridge with 1% milk and stewed bramley apple

L: HM veg curry and brown rice

D: Roast chicken with mashed sweet potato and steamed carrots, cauli, cabbage and broccoli with a little gravy

            S: Small HM fruity flapjack

Nothing else today and hoping to do some biking this weekend even though my legs are really sore (too much DIY)
          2. Hi all have tried to be reasonabley good this week.

Sorry you're poorly Floyd, I may well join you in that as I woke up with the sniffles, and man-flu has seized all my work colleagues!

Walked home from work last night - took nearly an hour and my feet ached so......... but doing it again today.

Bfast - Egg and quorn sausage
            Lunch - Quorn fillet salad
Tea- veggie pie, vegetables, gravy, and sweet pot mash
Snack - not sure but looking like it might be a hot chocolate as it may soothe my throat
