    Hi all,

Doing Ok here, the knee is still a bit tender because the scab makes it feel tight when I bend it but I'm hoping to be fixed in time for the weekend as my friend has set her sights on a 20 mile ride :eek:

Anyway, food is OK, has a wafer thing with my coffee and a square of Milka chocolate but other than that its all sensible. Just hope I'm not stuck in work too late tonight.

B: 2 wholemeal toast with raspberry jam

    L: Scouse and a yoghurt

D: HM chickpea curry & brown rice

S: Nothing yet but I REALLY want something cake-like, might try and find a fruit scone to limit the damage because the longer I ignore the craving the more I eat of other things in an attempt to forget about it. Then it gets to the point where I would have consumed fewer calories if I'd just eaten the cake in the first place!

Have a good week all and welcome Skintslimmer :D

Oh I do that all the time! Fancy a biscuit and then eat double in calories trying to avoid the biscuit.... its daft (and I often end up with the biscuit as well!)

Have been really struggling with energy since being sick, I think it's a throw back to ME days, it sometimes takes me ages to get my energy levels back up. Which I hate.

So no exercise for me, except today I have to walk to the station so thats a 40 minute effort

Bfast - veggie burger + egg
Lunch - not made anything so it's looking likely to be a baguette from the bakers + a yoghurt
Tea - fish, new pots, veg
    Sn - fruit/oat biscuits

Do you suppose anyone will notice if I doze at my desk?

THAT apple was a bit manky, so it became, guess what....... an Oaty bar thingy (what a surprise)

Oh, and the chicken pasta bake will be sausage & bacon pasta bake, ho hum.

            Morning All,

My minty lamb chop was mostly bone so ended up scoffing OH leftovers of which was 1/2 a sausage and 2 bits of potato (oh and I had 2 bits of potato with my dinner :o)

Then had a terrible snack attack and ate a dozen olives before buying a choccy bar when I used the petrol station - damn those petrol station kiosks!

            Today:
B: 40g cereal & splash of milk (note made to control portions since buying big box of cereal.
            S: crisps (already eaten :o)
L: soup & thick slice of bread
S: still have yogurt and banana
            D: spag bol

going to try harder to control snack monster that is within.

            Hi everyone :)

I did really badly the other day - carb cravings... was not good...

            Yesterday
B: HM raspberry and peach muffin with cup black coffee
L: Green salad, 1/2 an avocado, lots of green olives, raisins, 3 good dollops of hummus, approx 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + 2 rye crispbreads
            D: 4 sweetcorn fritters, a small handful of chips + a carrot

            Today
            B: Approx 5 brazil nuts + 2 dates
            L: As lunch above
D: Pasta with mixed beans, sweetcorn, red pepper + green beans, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar + salt
Supper: cup of tea with splash of oat milk

            Tomorrow's plan:
B: Branflakes with dates, almonds + oat milk. Coffee.
L: Peanut + raisin bruschetta with green olive salad
D: Thai green curry with cubed tofu + vegetables, with rice

Every day I am doing approx 45 minutes of brisk walking, a lot of it uphill, pushing the 2 girls. Feeling nicely puffed out without struggling :) Must start sit-ups again as got lax and with carb overload the other day I could do with it :p

Hope you guys have a good day tomorrow x
Love and compassion to all x

            Hi all,
Thanks goodness its nearly the weekend, I need a rest!

I have been busy this week moving offices, I have a much larger and brighter room now with the added advantage that it is more than casual mooching distance from the tea area that is usually stacked with goodies and the fridge where I keep my lunch and snacks. Hopefully that will help me as I will have to make a conscious decision to go there now :)

B: 2 wholemeal toast (no butter) marmalade

L: HM chicken curry and rice leftovers

D: Baked salmon, jacket spud and salad

S: Might have a skinny latte later and possibly some baked figs for dessert ;)

I decided not to bring crisps in today and thank goodness as I'd have munched them by 10.30 just because its been such a stressful morning.

Anyway think everyone has been dealt with now so hopefully can relax into the weekend. :rotfl:

            Today:
B: 2 slices of toast with spread and jam
L: small jacket spud and left over bolognese. also had some left over stir fry vegs raw in a tub, but they don't taste right.
S: apple and yogurt - yes the same one, must check date.
D: will be a quick snack as out seeing friends - alcohol will be involved tonight,

            Hi all,

Well I managed my bike ride today and clocked up 20 miles, bit of an aching bum now though ;)

B: porridge with fresh figs (2)

L: HM flapjack (was still out riding at this point so it was an on-the-go bite to give me a bit of a boost

D: falafel burger with fries :o

            S: packet of chocolate buttons

After doing that much mileage I deserved a little treat!

Have a good week all :)
