    Hi all,

I'm still here and doing OK, been struggling a bit as I've been working away and spending time with family so eating out but hopefully it will be OK.

    B: 2 wholemeal toast & jam

L: Chip buttie  believe it or not it was one of the better options in the greasy spoon cafe, I avoided the breakfast binlid, full english, pie & chips so its marginally better for a one-off ;)

D: Roast chicken with mashed sweet potato, steamed carrots, cabbage, peas and broccoli with a little gravy

    Hoping tomorrow will be better

followed by crisps & fruit drink
    S: yogurt with fruit corner

    D: pie, pots, & veg
when I finished Dinner I fell asleep and went to bed as instructed by OH ( who didn't want to listen to me snoring :D) @ 8.30pm!!
Slept well so must have been shattered although hadn't noticed it coming.

Today has been better so far...... (could it get much worse?!)

SAMS247 - how did the exercise day go?

    Welcome Katycocoa.

Not a good couple of days for me. Had some bacon , mashed potato with lots of butter and baked beans for tea last night and enjoyed it so much I had the same today. Also had a hobnob flapjack last night.

It's very quiet on here, where is everybody?

It is very quiet, found this thread lurking on page 8!

Not a bad weekend all in all, mother has how returned home so hopefully my wine drinking / naughty snacking can stop (she tends to buy stuff as a treat because she is stopping over, whereas I don't buy treats so they are never in the house to eat)

    Today:
    B: 25g cereal & dash of milk
L: cheese & coleslaw sandwich diet can & crisps
S: ended up having a bit of bread pudding that I had bought for OH :-o
    S: banana
D: toad-in-the-hole with cabbage, 1 glass of wine from opened bottle.

Hello Everybody (in my head I sounded like Dr Nick from the Simpsons!)

    Two weeks ago I wrote:

"Not been here for ages, due to busy busy work. Been (mostly)sticking with my 1 hour per day walking as per doc's reccommendation. not so good on the eating healthily - being so busy at work requires coffee, chocolate and stodgy comfort food! luckily haven#t put any weight on (all the walking I suppose).

Normal life should return the week after next. will try again then."

Well the ultra-extra-unprecedentedly busy-ness at work is FINALLY under control, not so much coffee, chocolate & stodge required!

Sort of started again (echo, echo) today with the healthy (er) eating, although fridge & freezer need stocking up so am making do until Thursday shop. Plus we are on day 2 of a 10 day no alcohol challenge - yaay.
