Very bad weekend for me :( Lots of walking but eating was bad, felt like I had gone up two dress sizes last night :(

    Saturday:
B: About 30g branflakes, splash of oatmilk
L: Veg burger in a wrap and small handful of chips
D: Tofu and veg in bought korma sauce with medium portion rice

    Sunday
Brunch: 1.5 veg sausages, 2 slices best of both and 1 tbsp tomato chutney
Dinner: Went out and had a kids "roast" dinner without the meat
    Later: 4 vodka + cokes... :o

Feeling a bit down today but hoping the walk to pre-school in the rain perks me up a bit.

Hope you all have a good week x
Love and compassion to all x

well can't say I've been very focused this month so have again STS at 10' 4. This suggests I'm not over eating but it proves I'm not trying hard enough to shift those last 4lb's!

    Today:
B: 35g cereal and splash of milk
    S: crisps (must stop this!)
L: soup and thick slice of bread (must cut down on thickness of bread)
S: none (so far, may have some olives when I get in)
    D: chicken fillets with something.

Tomorrow will probably be a repeat of today but with S&K suet pudding for Dinner, will only add veg no potatoes.

Exercise is 2x 30 mins walks a day with the dog
plus this weekend me & OH painted the lounge, which probably didn't burn off many calories but it made my neck and shoulders ache.

    Hi all,

Good day today for me, sensible food and listened to my body for a change instead of getting hung up with calories and how many meals I've eaten

    B: Porridge with fresh figs

    L: Leftover HM veggie lasagne

D: HM chicken curry with brown rice

S: Small pot of unsweetened Greek yoghurt

I also started to think I was really hungry again by 7pm but decided to have a drink and wait for an hour to decide if it was real hunger or just boredom. By 8pm my stomach was gargling and grumbling very loudly so I genuinely WAS hungry so I have just had some wholemeal toast with HM bramble jelly.

Sometimes it happens like that after exercising, I seem to process everything more quickly and get hungry again after meals

    HM Bramble jelly sounds amazing!

I am getting back to my exercise slow and steady, it's amazing how quick the body gets out of shape and creaks and groans again once I stop the exercise and stretching.

    Today bfadt - mini shreddies
Lunch - chicken with new pots and salad plus yog
Tea - fish with veggie bake

snack - small slice of the last of the key lime pie

Now the weather's turning I am getting out my slow cooker again and plan some stews and casseroles.

I was a disaster yesterday, got in and ate the olives I had decided could be a treat. Then saw the caramel coated peanuts my friend had brought back from holiday so stuffed 2 handfuls, I'd also had a chocolate drink before I left work.

So today is pay day and I'm going to get some bananas which I will keep at work and have one at 5pm as I leave, then when I get home I shouldn't raid the cupboards!

A collegue if off sick today and I only read her text at 8am so grabbed things to eat today and dashed to work, so today is not the best, but hoping that I can get organized now I have some money in the bank.

            Today:
B: small amount of cereal with milk
            S: peanuts
            L: soup and bread
            S: crisps
D: S&K suet pudding with veg
(that really is an overload of carbs!!)

Should go to yoga tonight and then may try and get to supermarket afterwards approx 9.30pm when I have eaten and relaxed.

            Hi all,

Hoping today will be OK, we are going out for Sushi with a friend tonight, not really that big on it myself but I know OH loves it so I thought he deserved a treat. At least I'm not likely to overeat ;)

B: 2 wholemeal toast with raspberry jam (no butter)

L: Leftover curry sauce from last night and brown rice

D: Probably veggie gyoza (the grilled ones) then a few bits of sushi, will try and avoid the booze

S: Nothing today, been too busy to go and get any fruit from the shop

Fingers crossed my hospital treatment goes OK tomorrow, I'm supposed to be back in work on Thursday so it can't be that bad :)
          3. I am sure I saw a recipe on this thread for a cake made with weetabix. Perhaps suitable for slimming world. Can anyone help?:)
The time will come when you have everything but time.
          4. Not too bad today:

            B: 2 toast and marmalade
L: Ham sandwich and low fat crisps
D: Fishcakes, cabbage and green beans
            D: Pineapple, papaya and yoghurt
            S: Weetabix

Also been to the gym, plus shopping for lots of veggies to make healthy soup tomorrow

            Hi all,

Had a great time last night, I didn't fancy sushi so I had Udon noodles with veggies and somehow 3 glasses of Pinot Grigio made their way down my throat ;)

B: 2 wholemeal toast with thin spread of cream cheese

L: HM spicy lentil soup & 1 slice wholemeal bread

D: HM fish, wedges & mushy peas

S: Maybe a skinny latte later if I have time

            Have agood week all

Didn't end up at yoga so went late night shopping instead, cupboards, fridge & freezer now well stocked and I've brought things to 'deal' with my munching.

Sadly left shop at 9pm to find all the roads leading home were closed due a gas leak and ended up doing a long (7 miles ish) detour home which took 45 mins! could have walked home much much quicker. Therefore ended up 'treating' myself to a drink of wine and then got the port & cheese out as I was still in a strop - gosh I am getting like victor meldrew.... time out needed!

So I've decided 9 months of not losing weight is getting to me and so I'm just going to eat normally and have a few treats without constantly feeling I'm doing wrong. Will get back into the diet mode in the new year.

I may well not disappear completely, but I wish everyone all my missing will power.
