Was invited out for meal last night and said no, thank you........ would like to pretend it was because I was being 'good' but it was because I had an empty cupboard, it was pay day and the shops were calling, and after all that I just wanted to head home and watch Masterchef with some HM fish n chips (baked not fried)

    So, today

bfast - scrambled egg and veggie sausage
    Lunch - salmon salad
    Dinner - veggie lasagne
Sn - yog plus two biscuits plus slice of mango

Exercise - very little planned I have to confess!
To those who are given much, much is expected

        £2025 in 2025 = £680.60
          Food Budget £180/9.30.

Well done on your weight loss Eltee

I feel like I've been kicked in the back after my Cold Coagulation treatment yesterday, all went well though so back in 6 months to check its cleared the pre-cancerous cells :)

Too much bread today as I was late leaving the house so lunch was thrown together from what I have in work.

            B: 2 wholemeal toast & cream cheese

L: Beans on toast (small tin beans)

            D: Scouse

S: Skinny latte and a HM flapjack if I want it later

Not sure how late I will be in work tonight, hope its not too long as my cravings are still loitering after missing my pill-free week for yesterdays treatment :(

Off out tomorrow as one of our students has handed in her PhD thesis today so its Italian for dinner, I've already chosen what I will have so it should be OK provided I don't over-indulge with the wine! ;)

Floyd - been there done that (well not exactly that.....) so hope you feel fine soon and hope the results are what you want.

It occurred to me that I have not weighed myself yet - not since starting this, so...... no matter what I weigh when I finally get to town, I could tell myself at the start I weighed at least a stone more! Mind you, can't say I've dropped a size in clothes yet! Ah well.

            Todays news on food

Bfast - egg on wholemeal toast
Lunch - chicken and new potato salad
Tea - last of the chicken with veggie bake (only me in tonight, so me, a good book, the TV and a warm plate of food.....)
sn - two oat biscuits, have got a yog but don't fancy it.

Well my body shape must have changed! I haven't done my large pile of ironing and so ended up wearing a pair of jeans that I know are tight. BUT when I got them on they are a lovely fit.

Really welcome pick me up when I'd got so fed up with STS weight for so many months.

Fantastic! See, the exercise has paid off - you may not weigh less but you are a different shape!

My daughter's friend went surfing with the school and was talent spotted. They asked her if she would like to do proper training. She said yes. At that point she weighed 10st. After a few weeks her weight had dropped to 9st 7lb and she was delighted. Four months later she weighs 11st (which she's SLIGHTLY embarrassed about) but she has a figure to kill for = looks like Lara Croft!

Muscle weighs heavier than fat and "pulls you in" in all the right places. Don't get het up with what the scales say or think of food in terms other than "I'm hungry" or "that looks nice" rather than something to solve problems and/or beat yourself up about.

                            You go, girl!
