Hi all
Since I started my challenge I've eaten more than normal
how are you all getting on?
FE more listing?0 -
Oh yes, Anglea, much more listing, and more to come. Found tonnes of stuff to add and have more than 50 items backed up waiting to be listed and more to try on to see whether or not it fits.0

Evening girlies,
Just a quick hellooooooo
Hows all?
Im bubbling over with happinessI went shopping tonight, and brought some trousers from Monsoon, shoud have been 55.00 but got for 15!!! and also when got them home mum said they looked too small and woudnt fit cos there an 18 and ive been wearing 20 trousers... they fit!! I was sooo happy. I know an 18 isnt an achievement cos im stil big but it shows my dieting efforts over the recent past and my exercise effort has worked and spured me to continue.
Goddd ive spent far too much on clothes in the past week alone. So for first time in this job, 7 days before payday im skint! but my god ive got some amazing stuff to show for it
MUST give serious consideration to everything though before receipts expire and ensure ive not only kept them because they fit and in past they wouldnt so got OTT about them.
May have to allow myself a small dip into the savings pot!
Right - night alll0 -
Evening,
I'm sat here with my head hung in shame, after going a bit mad at the shops today. So many pretty things that I couldn't resist (and one item that I'm still thinking about now - even got to the front of the queue and then left and put it back on the rail). I really only bought one thing from my 'most needed' list which cost me £6 - the rest were all impulsive purchases, so like NG I am going to have to seriously consider everything before I remove any tags. I feel so bad.
And also rather unlike me is that fact that I haven't updated my spends for a few days, so not sure where I stand tbh.
Plus I'm owed money left-right-and-centre, which makes matters worse.
Will write more tomorrow xx
PS - glad your pants fitted, NG, take baby steps and you will reach your goal weight0 -
Hi guys
How are we all doing.
i've been awol for a bit as i've not been well but better now and back to work tomorrow. I tell you i'm a wimp when it comes to pain- cried all night lke a baby even on 30mg codeine:eek: Which usually makes me high as a kite!
Anyhow i have to report the purchase of 2 pairs of black work pums last thursday which are still sitting on the floor of my room in their boxes waiting to be returned. iwent into 2 shops in 15 minutes before meetina firend and came out with the shoes!- and some earrings too:o
I will hopefully return them tomorrow after work and maybe buy some kngaroos on ebay.
@NG i love monsoon- they're great and do real sales. Glad your dieting has paid off and you fit into an 18- i'm headng ever upwards in that department but i have resolved to get on with it after this week- being sick was basically becasue of not enough fruit and veg plus stress i think.
@Ang- why do you think you're eating more? Sorry i've forgotten your challenge but i didn't think it was diet related?
@FE & CL - i cannot believe how much you guys have to sell- i have hardly anything excess- except the weight of course:D
Oh and it looks like the FWB has dumped me- he texted 2 weeks ago sayong he thought he had just seen me- i said no- he said i had a double- cue me geting annoyed that this person i have been having a pseudo-relationship with for over 2 years can hardly recognise me in the street (despite having quite distinctive characteristics and having seen him the night before). today he texted to ask if i was free soon- so i brought it up so he got in a huff and basically said it wasn't me anway so what's the big deal- then hinted that i might have been untruthful about it being me and signed off saying 'i'll see you whenever' Annoyed and hurt. Though on the other hand it's a good way to stop the madness- in order for me to grow i needed to be rid of him anyway. (p.s. please nag me if i even think of resuming relations:cool:)

Ziggles: I have a tshirt which says that
But yeah, for what it's worth I think you're well rid. He sounds like a user, and I'd be pretty offended that he mistook someone else for you. It's just a shame you didn't get in there first and dump him earlier. And yes -- we will be sure to give you a good prodding if you even think about resuming things with him.
Codeine seem to do very little for me anymore... they barely even shift and bad headache. Glad to hear you're feeling better anyway xxx0 -
Zigs - I don't like what he did there, the whole 'ill see you whenever' I think that was done with one of two objectives. A: To make you feel like 'well he didnt really do much wrong, ill give him another chance B: to make you think oh no I cant loose him
better text and apologise immeiately, make this my fault then I wont loose him.
NAH! - give in once.. he will do it again... and again.... you get the drift.
If you was one of those 'classical' girls you know the ones who all trowl makeup on, wonder round in far too high heels and clothes they shouldnt for a day time and look like the rest - then possible... excused from a distance. But for a unique beauty, nope unforgiveable!!
Completely know what you mean about not having lots to ebay - i wouldnt be able to scrape £100 nevermind nearly £1000!
CL - know what you mean. I am owed from my other half, somebody else owes me a little, somebody else. Its getting rather confusing. I keep a money diary of it, but even thats getting messy with the scribbles lol.0 -
Zigs; glad you're feeling better. I remember crying all night in agony even on dihydrocodeine as it was severe tooth and jaw pain requiring surgery. As for the ex FWB, I was going to say "f him"....but clearly I mean don't do that!! I'm over £1,000 and counting on eBay now...just had SO much stuff I never wore/wear and find it pointless. I'm also annoyed with how much stuff I had to just bin because I had no room for it which I obviously could have sold.
NG, I know what you mean about those girls who trowel on the makeup and wear OTT clothes all day...mainly in Liverpool...where there are "trends" of wearing rollers on your hair and prancing around the shops, and also doing the same but with PJ bottoms on (with 8 inches of slap and either Uggs or stilettos on). They are SO ordinary looking though and by the age of 30 they look SO haggered. I wear very little makeup and can still get child fare despite being 26.0 -
You guys are the best
Have a brilliant day!

Spent £10 on packing stuff (ie various size jiffy bags and some more parcel tape) in Poundland today. That's as exciting as it gets...Can't muster up the energy or enthusiasm to do much eBaying today...listed 2 items and will try and get another 2 done later this evening. Got plenty to pack and send for tomorrow though...0
