He's always got an excuse has he Frogletina?

I really want to know why you are still attracted to him?

I wish I knew. I've built up this fantasy about him which I can't shake off. I'm not sure why he still keeps in contact with me if he doesn't want us to meet up again. I told him this time that only he can make it happen.

Today has been lovely. I have been for a long walk with my friend (my previous houseguest) and we had a drink at a lovely tea shop in the next town, then went to Waitrose and caught the bus home. He then made me some tea and he has now gone out. I decided to stay here, could not face another walk, I have the beginnings of a blister!

It's almost like being married to him, without the sex! Now he is 25

I have just worked out how long our walk was - it was 5.46 miles! No wonder my feet hurt...

    Hi all

That was a long way LOL

He's obviously good company for you and vice versa. Hope your feet are ok tomorrow.

I've got something strange wrong with my ankle, can't work out what it is, first I thought it was because in the past I banged it, now it seems like its muscular. It's awful if I bend down or crouch even in bare feet. I'm also wondering if it's a coincidence it started when I began wearing my new boots.

    Any ideas anyone?

Sorry to hear about your ankle - but i'm afraid I don't have any advice for you, except to go and get it checked out.

Well, I hope to go to Zumba tomorrow but if my feet still hurt I will just go swimming. I've been swimming 32 lengths every time I go so hopefully my weight will start dropping soon.

Guitar man (I'll call my friend that so you know who I am speaking about) is on the other sofa and has just put a profile up on POF. Looks as though he'll be staying another night. Yes, he is good company.

The muse has been texting me - he sent me 'hugs' tonight. I'd prefer real ones to virtual ones though

    Hi all

    Frogletina, what is POF?

All that excercise you're doing, you'll be wasting away at this rate.

Don't mention that muse to me! I want to give him a telling off :rotfl:

Ziggles, that's really nice of you helping your dad out just after you moved.

My clothes crisis. At the moment my upper thighs, stomach and hips have expanded - 2 cushion sized. I don't think I look that overweight unless I'm just deceiving myself, easily done.

On that subject did any of you see the tv comedy show last night with Michael McIntyre. He did a very funny piece about passport photos - very true. It's like the worst thing on earth to show anyone your photo and you try and convince yourself you don't really look like that.

Just writing that has reminded me of something years and years ago. I was going on holiday with a friend when we were 14 to stay with her relatives abroad. It was daring because we were allowed to travel alone, yet over here I wasn't even allowed to go by bus to the big town on a Saturday. And I returned alone on the ship because my friend was staying longer.

However, I digress. When she showed me her passport photo I fell about laughing, you know when you are bent over double. And all throughout the holiday I kept asking her to show me. Luckily she also saw the funny side of the situation.

Where I live there is problem to get clothes, especially skirts which I live in. Either they are so short or else they are linen and that creases too much on me.

There is one designer shop, their styles are very .............not sure of the word but you'd have to be daring!

I saw an outfit in there recently - you know Pearly Kings and Queens? It looked just like that from a distance but close up the jacket was covered in ball bearings.

Looking forward to your posts girls.

POF is plenty of fish (a dating site)

The weight does not want to shift, but I have lost 2 inches from my waist and an inch from my hips. I walked to the gym today and did my usual lengths - got a lift back though with my neighbour

As for clothes, I love skirts and I do wear them short - but then I'm only 5ft anyway. All weight collects around my middle, and I am desperate to shift it. Unfortunately when I look in the mirror I can see the extra weight only too easily

    Hi all

Frogletina, don't talk to me about mirrors. At home I can't really get to see myself properly due to the types of mirrors I have but today at ex's family home it was horrors of horrors when I went into an upstairs room floor to ceiling with mirrors as well as 3 huge ones on the dressing table so you could see angles that you didn't even know existed. I was mortified

I should probably never leave my house now :rotfl:

Well done on losing the inches. I bet you look really good in short skirts.
