Good evening ladies
Where are you?!
I am very pleased with myself today. I have had a good eating day and I have not spent a single penny
YAY for me

Hi all :j
Souk, sounds like you're having fun with two on the go, good excercise!
NGlady, I'm not sure whether to believe you or not about your abstaining today, especially after your spending on Sunday (yes, I read every word), I might have to chat to my mate who does Google Street view to see if you're returning home with carrier bags
So you've got a Mr Sheffield now - just online chatting so far?
FE, have a lovely break
you deserve it after all your decluttering recently.
CL, thanks for listing your spends, interesting to see them. I still haven't totalled mine. I'm also interested in your categories.
I didn't post yesterday as I overdid it with the excercising and felt a bit sick, think it was because of the weather - running up and downstairs like that was probably a bad move. Plus I was out most of the day and didn't get all my chores done until gone 10 pm.0 -
Angela... I have been a little worried recently, well I think there is this white van following me around with the "google" logo on the side of it. I mean I probably being paranoid and overly worried about things, and it is probably a local trademan just going about his business, but now you've mentioned your friend.... I don't mind as it makes me feel like i've finally made it in life
but could you perhaps ask him to stop climbing up my window, I really won't shop when asleep... ya know!
Seriously though, I did not even buy a 15p drink from work today! I am a little on the skint side - isn't it funny how money disappears, and i'm thinking trying to save £500 which is half my salary is a little too drastic lol.
Yep me and Mr Sheffield are just online chatty friends at the moment
but im hinting at a hot date
Oh I have decided I am not buying a maxi dress
I tried one i brought from Tenerife last year, that I tried on when I got home last year and didn't like and I actually quite like it this year, maybe there just more popular
so I am just going to wear that one, don't particually love the print but it serves its fashion purpose

Hi all
NGlady if you didn't pay the £6 into town (yes I was paying attention the other day) you would be quids in as there wouldn't be access to all those shops you normally visit. Or is that me being a bit cruel to you? LOL
Is that long dress just for your holiday or to wear now as well?
You are hinting at a hot date?? Hope you give us all the updates like before.
I've got a 'wish I didn't buy it last year' dress, that I still haven't worn this summer. Not sure if I will either.
It's quite uncomfortable. One of those that can be worn as a skirt, but even so, the lining is strange so if you sit down, it sticks to you in a peculiar way  0 -
Angela - Yes I fear you are being cruel to me

A maxi dress is one of those long length ones
I shall probably wear it when I go shopping on Saturday as lots round here and lancashire seem to be wearing them. Do they wear them much where you are? I felt like I was too big for them until i've seen some of the women wearing them and i've decided i'm not so I will
I am working on the hot date with Mr S - if I get one ill happily give you all the details lol.
I think summer dresses with lining are a little wrong? They just sweat to you which means the dress doesn't fit properly

Hi all
NGlady, I have seen those dresses in the shops and a few people wearing them, at the moment the craze seems to be extra short skirts  no matter what age or size!
I want to hear your spends today - and CL too!
I've lost count the amount of blooming groceries I've bought lately - shopping nearly every day.
I've been ordering extra from the milkman when DS is home and he drank all the milk yesterday. So last night at gone 10pm he walked up to Tesco and bought 4 pts of milk and large box of cereal. I know he didn't touch anything as I went to bed very late. Today I went out in the morning (getting more groceries) and when I got back for lunch, looking forward to my cup of tea, was annoyed to discover nearly all the milk and cereal were gone!
So the ones of you living at home - do you eat like this too?

Total spends today:
£1.10 on a bottle of shandy at work vender - Just fancied a nice fizzy drink as havnt for a few days now
£1.50 on a magazine.
Nope have to be honest and say i've never ate like that :O I pretty much eat whats put in front of me tbh then a few light snacks so a bag of crisps here and there, nothing like that :O do you charge him board?Learning to be 'good with money'0 -
Hi all
NGlady, I fancy a shandy too. Never expected it to be the type of thing to find at work.
DS1 is leaving on Sunday so I'll get the house to myself again. No I don't charge him as he lives away from home a lot of the time. I have to hide a lot of the food when he is home. I've got a box of cornflakes, weetabix, some cakes and I just discovered DS2's marshmallows for his hot drinks have gone missing - so it's either DS1 or else I've misplaced them whilst trying to hide them LOL0 -
Hey
Oh I remember when my sister used to live part time at her bf's come back to ours occasionally and eat half the cupboard, used to really rile me when she would do things like eating a special food i've brought as a treat for myself or part of my diet or whatever.
Yep my company is pretty good they sell it ony the ben shaws one in the vending machine. Got a bit left on my desk at work cant wait to get to work - god im so dieting that i cant wait to go drink a half drank bottle of pop lol.Learning to be 'good with money'0 -
Hi all
NGlady - so you know what it's like to have a kitchen muncher in your house. This morning I'm hiding scones and crumpets in my large handbag in the kitchen
I've temporarily suspended all that excess excercising, it literally made me sick, I think the last time I did that stair running one it was winter, a much better time of year for it.
What is everyone up to today - any sales at lunchtime?0
