            Hello Sales Addict!
As you can see from my name I was a bit like you (I also started the Shopaholics Anonymous thread about two years ago, and am guilty of disappearing!).
It's not easy, but it is possible, and you've got to really want to change (like quitting smoking, or losing weight - which I've managed successfully over the past 12 months too! :j). Be reassured that there is hope, and you can rein yourself in! Don't get me wrong, I am still, most definitely, a compulsive spender. All that's changed is how much I spend and what on! My passion at the moment is Home Bargains - I go there once a week with a tenner in my purse, spend it on compulsive buys, and come out feeling like I've spent a fortune. Previously I've had obsessions with Ebay, Amazon and all sorts of other CHEAP places.
This is the nature of our compulsive personalities, and I don't think it can ever be beaten; it just needs to be channeled into less damaging places!
I really hope that you can work things out.
 Good luck xLBM: 14.01.08 - Debt at 25.04.08: £7420.925.06.10: 3200.00 :T I'm over half way there!!! :j

            Hi all
Went to Hollister for the first time ever...LOVE the shirts and want some. Bought a cardigan which I actually do need; I went in there looking for a cardie.
What does everyone think of this: http://www.warehouse.co.uk/double-layer-drape-waistcoat/All-Clothing/warehouse/fcp-product/299880
I'm umming and ahhing over it at the moment. I have no waistcoats but also there are none in my local stores so I cannot go and look at it instore so would be taking a chance...I don't want to post a piccie but I'm a petite pear shape (6 on top, 8 on bottom) and a D cup bust so unsure!! Would get this in an 8 to ensure it does up over the belly area...Oh, and I'm mid -20s agewise. Would wear it with jeans and a plain vest/T. Probably would get black instead of grey0

FE - I am not sure I would personally wear the waiste coat, I think you have to be very unique to wear it but then again you have a better figure than me. Do you think you would feel comfortable in it?
I have never been in Hollister - Seen the shop though just asumed it was a bit pricey... is it expensive? Learning to be 'good with money'0 Learning to be 'good with money'0

I think I would do, yeah. Just the fact there's a £3.95 delivery charge is a pain in the bum if it's not right.
As for Hollister, my cardigan which was the best fit EVER cost me £36. The shirts are the same price. I will be going back despite feeling short and ugly compared to the gods and goddesses they've got working in there. And it's so wierd coming out of the dark store into the daylight. Loved it though. This was the Liverpool store so you should really go there if you're coming to town.0

Is it the one near the Liverpool one?
You know in Liverpool - I am going to the Liverpool Lime street station, do you know if its easy to find the liverpool one centre from there?
I know I am looking at a dress - £3.95 is puttin me off though. Thinking of ordering £75 and returning the rest.Learning to be 'good with money'0

I live by Lime Street station, and it is easy to find the shopping centre. If I'm free when you're here, I don't mind taking you, otherwise I can still help (including via PM or Facebook if you have one).
I've done that thing before, buying tonnes of unwanted stuff purely to return so I can get over the threshold for free delivery!!0
