Good luck with reducing your stuff CL
In regards to paypal, you should have been given two options, one where it takes 1-2 business days to clear which is a £5 then theres an option of 3-5 business days which is free?! Was last month anyway.

Afternoon Ladies!
How is everyone's weekend going...?
Mine hasn't been too bad so far...
Friday: I spent £8 on groceries for the weekend (including alcohol), and £3.68 on a McDonalds for dinner.I felt faint as I was walking round town so had to get somethingTotal: £11.68
Saturday: Got woken up at 6.30am with my free £5 delivery from milk&more, but as the weather was so yucky I didn't leave the house yesterday so it was a NSD!
Plus my lovely boyfriend bought me a gorgeous dress I've had my eye on from Boohoo.com (I was going to add a link but I'm not allowed
) Total: £0
Sunday: Well I haven't done as well today, went to Primark to take back a skirt and a top worth £17 total, but I ended up exchanging them and spending an extra £8BUT I was a lot better than I usually am, I tried everything on and put LOADS of stuff back. I then spent £7.18 in Tesco on a magazine and a few foodie bits, and £2 in Poundland. Total: £17.18.
FYI, I bought from Primark:-
*Grey Lacey skirt £7
*Superman T-Shirt £6
*Black Vest top £4
*Navy blue and silver handbag £4 (I :heart2: this)
*Pewter pointed flat shoes £4
So not bad for £8 (or £25, however you see it).
I'm all geared up to list loads of stuff on eBay this evening, just waiting for the boyfriend to bring the digital camera round.
Hope you've all had lovely weekendsxxx

Hi, I've subscribed to this thread as I can easily slip into shopaholicism if I don't keep myself on the straight and narrow! My weaknesses are clothes (only cheap ones, especially H&M and New Look, but they all add up), lunches and snacks when I'm at work and on the way to/from work, and toiletries (I'm already signed up to the no toiletries thread and am doing a bit better as a result!)
Today I walked into town to get a couple of bits from Wilko for the flat: I did get the tea towels and oven gloves and weighing scales I needed and managed not to buy anything unplanned. I did spend £7 on some cushioned insoles but that was a planned purchase as I want to get a pair of shoes into circulation which I love but were just a bit big and uncomfortable. Well it's better than buying a new pair as I now have a new pair I can wear!
I also had the pleasure of buying toiletries in Wilko but for my OH who's off on a trip all week and needed some basic stuff like toothpaste, mouthwash etc. I meant to get some cotton wool pads but forgot, so will have to go in Boots in the week... oops.
Anyway nice to join you all and I look forward to being a bit more disciplined, with this thread in mind! X0 -

We all seem to be doing well with the NSDs. This is my 3rd NSD... and 6th this month. Though I tend to make up for it on the days that I do spend
:o:o
But anyway, I've just finished listing 23 items on ebay, though a few of them were relists... still, more than I usually manage so that's good0 -

Hi all. Really enjoying reading these posts - so many great ideas. Trying to stick with using only cash after doing my budget last week - took me four hours but was well worth it as I feel so much more in control. Spent almost 2 hours doing the food shopping on Saturday and really pleased that I managed to stick to my list and get everything at the best prices tho I don't always have time to shop this way. Didn't get round to eBaying but did make a start on my wardrobe and am in the process of taking stuff out so that I can get started. eBay Cardigan Fest will open soon - shoe fest following shortly after!!0
