She was totally unaware of the issue I am referring to, and has not spoken to anyone else regarding this offer, she offered to cancel the order if i wanted but did feel that by the time my order is picked (as yet its only showing payment cleared) there is no reason it should be wrong.

I'm going to take a chance, she said the conditioner is actually a really good product but as i was trying to explain, I don't really want a lifetime supply of it with no shampoo as some of the sets are gifts. I left it as if my order arrives with no shampoo I will call back.

HTH with other peoples concerns, maybe another person will be packing future orders and we could be ok.

sounds like a good excuse.....although if this was the case then surely the person that called before and got 2 more sets sent out would have just got an offer of replacement shampoos sent out???
I dont see how some people could get told the wrong things to pack....surely it will be a standard 'set'?? I will await this 'explanation when I call lol

I have just had my 3 Ultimate sets delivered.

Each set contained the same thing:
2 conditioners = 6 in total
1 mini conditioner (75 ml) = 3 in total
1 shine spray = 3 in total
2 mini shampoo's (75ml) = 6 in total

Ordered them yesterday early afternoon via Debit card.

My only issue is I was expecting a 7 set item as per description. I am fortunate as I really do use more conditioner than shampoo as have naturally curly hair and need to lather it on. I need a good conditioner and have found that the shampoo I use does not make a great deal of difference to my hair (so stopped spending £6 - 8 on shampoo long ago lol!! Supermarket own brand does the job for me!).

Will be ringing them to see what the situation is.................(like.......why? what has happened here?? lol.....)

They are not held in their stock as sets, so this is my theory

1, someone has from main stock supplies made up packs using a box of conditioner in error where the shampoo should be used, meaning duplicate conditioners have been put into the pack.

2, they don't have shampoo and are using what is left in their warehouse to make up sets and expect us to lump it.

I'm wondering whether to call back and change mine from ultimate to something else.

I recieved my order today and had ordered one of each set

Have ended up with 7 lg conditioners and 3 lg shampoos but am happy with that as I use a lot of conditioner.

The blonde set was the best for me as it had a lg shampoo and conditioner, shine spray, 2 gloss mists and a straightening balm.

Overall for just over £15 I think its agreat bargain

Claire would you mind telling me which sets had shampoo & conditioner in? I'm thinking I may cancel the ultimate and order different sets.

seems a good idea.....although....as my order is apparently almost here (too late to cancel) I may keep this in mind by way of a replacement option :T (and fingers crossed perhaps they might replace them without actually wanting them to be returned :jdoubt it though)

The colour care had 2 lg conditioners but only 1 small shampoo and the ultimate had 2 lg conditioners and 2 small shampoos

Thanks for the info, I have cancelled. I have ordered again and done a mix of blonde and colour care packs, I vary my hair colour between mainly blonde or blonde with brown so either will be ok for my hair, I don't mind having more conditioner to shampoo ratio as I do use more conditioner but I was worried having a large order with no shampoo at all as i also hope to make up a couple of gifts with some of it as I over ordered for my own needs. The same for the minis, they would have been great for travelling but I don't NEED them. If this order comes and its wrong then I'll just have to do as another poster suggested use a cheaper shampoo with this conditioner, which is better than vice versa I guess as the conditioner is what makes your hair nice and hopefully that way I can use any shampoo I do get to match up as gift sets.

I dunno the things we do to save money :rotfl:

ok so I recieved mine....all contained 2 large conditioners, small conditioner, 2 small shampoos and the shine spray thing....giving them a ring...wish me luck!!!!
