I am saying letting companies send you a pack not containing what it should is indeed ripping you off....it depends when you ordered it ofc

stop reading the thread if youre bored of it then I actually have quite a few pm threads at the moment where other people who have taken part in this thread are talking to me about what they should/have done and what they have ended up with/been offered.

for the £2.55, plus delivery costs that you seem to have forgotten, I expect to get what was promised to me when I made the order

Oh and im not frustrated, I have got a fab offer and am now taking the time to advise others how to sort the problem out so theyre also happy

You did get what you were promised , you got a selection of Mark Hill hair products for £2.55. The Ebuyer forum post is not a Ebuyer promise, the post is what that customer got (a selection of Mark Hill hair products)when will this sink in.

OK I genuinely apologise if you think Im 'snarling' in my posts, but it works both ways with others asking me why I am sticking up for what I think is right. Unlike you, I was under the illusion I was buying an ultimate shine treatment pack containing 2 large conditioners, 2 large shampoos, the shine spray and some minis, therefore, the lesser item I was given is inadequate IMO thats all and Im not prepared to let companies do that to me without so much as an apology

lol do I really need to explain it to you again or will you just read back in the thread??? You dont seem to understand that Ebuyer lacking a formal description leaves the customer to base the description on what Ebuyer have published and allowed to be published on their website

as I keep saying, its sorted now....Im happy, most others are happy...I dont really see why this is continuing

Ebuyer published a long list of items that came within each product grouping, it's you that does not understand the wording "selection".

I purchased through the 1st link given here....no mention of the 'selection' and it was before Ebuyer decided to write the 'contents may vary' disclaimer

received mine on friday - ordered 6 sets but was disappointed to find 3 conditioners in 4 of the sets + only 1 small size shampoo. phoned them today and they said they'd refund 2 sets as they have no shampoo left - not many places would do that for you so over all i'm now quite happy with my purchases after all try to price them individually and they'd be a lot more expensive so good on ebuy for good customer service!!!
