I ordered 3 x shine and 3 x colour

Although i didn't get any large shampoos i am still very pleased with it all. I use tons more conditioner than shampoo anyway. The colour protect spray has made my hair more soft and shiny today. Well worth it!

I am just having trouble storing it all now!

Mine is also out for delivery afer ordering last monday!!

A few select people have received shampoo in their sets, after ordering 9 sets in total im hoping to receive some large shampoo

received mine finally today (my fault, not in when tried to deliver - 4th attempt) I ordered 2 of each set to make up bday presents, and although a great bargain, just a tad disappointed that no big shampoo (although if hadnt have known people were getting them, would be over the moon with what I have). One box was completely covered in conditioner though that had leaked everywhere (smelly lush tho and have a nice scent in living room) - they are sending a replacement out in post to arrive tomorrow (if I can catch the UPS guy again, always comes when on school run!)...

I ordered some of these but then got cold feet and started to panic that I would only end up with miniatures and it would be a waste of money (which I can't afford to do) so I cancelled it. But looking at the state my hair is in today I really shouldn't have...
Guess I'll have to wait for another bargain to pop up!

I recently placed this order for 9 * sets of Mark Hill hair care. The
review states that we should expect to receive 2 large shampoo, 2 large
conditioner, 2 minitures and the spray. The picture in the description also
shows 2 large bottles one of shampoo and the other conditioner. However
after reading some peoples responses to their orders, they have been
receiving 2* conditioner large but only the small shampoo. This is very
misleading and if i spoke to somebody like trading standards, im sure it
would be classed as false advertising.

Please could you kindly review my note and put my mind at rest letting me
know what i should be receiving.

05/02/2010 15:24I understand that some of the products may differ, but the picture clearly
shows 1 large shampoo and 1 large conditioner. The review for the ulitmate
set in which i purchased shows the buyer infact in her set recieved 2 *
large shampoo and 2 * conditioner. I wont mind as long as i receive one
large shampoo and conditioner.

As for the returns procedure, i dont think that its acceptable to charge me
for return postage when i receive an item not as described. You also state
that each set will be worth £25 RRP and will weigh a certain weight.
Again you should stick to what is advertised.

I thought i would contact you initaially to express my concerns as i dont
want to go down the avenue of gettin trading standards involved.

Having looked into this for you we are unable to guarantee which products
you are going to receive as these are not packed in our warehouse, we
receive these prepacked and ship them out to our customers.

At least, i expect to receive one large bottle of each otherwise, i will be
taking my products and the screenshots i have taken of the product and
description to trading standards.

I understand that maybe it's not your fault and that they come already
packaged, but a warning should of been added to the page, stating that you
may not get what the picture shows (i.e. for illustration purposes only).

I'm sure that i am quite in my rights, and i will expect to return the
boxes at your cost if this occurs.

I emailed about the value of my shine pack and got a reply saying they don't pack the boxes.... and I could return them. As the product specified a selection of 6 products aI'm not going to complain about the lack of shampoo but if the product isn't as advertised I don't see why I should foot the bill for the return. I'll have to get in touch with them again.

I am probably not going to be very popular over this but I cant believe the length some of you are going to complain You could probably buy 1 mini in Boots or similar of this product for the price you have paid for 6 mixed items. I understand some of you are disappointed that you did not receive Shampoo (nor did i in my shine order) but for £2.52 or whatever it was! :wall: :think: :whistle:

From what i read through the thread there was various descriptions and no one was sure what they were going to receive (see first few pages) so surely you realised by ordering it was not certain what you would receive?

warehouse999.....they were basically like that with me, however they arranged returns at their cost......they offered me this over the phone though....give them a ring and when they say they have offered return just say 'are you going to pay for that cos im not' and Im pretty sure they will sort it out.

Worth mentioning to them (whilst on the phone so you can put them on the spot) all the illegality jargon...at the very least they will offer you free returns
