I am sure e buyer will be more careful in the future and more cautious
However this was unintentional I'm sure they advertised it in good faith
The sets obviously came in pre packed from Mark Hill and were bought as a job lot
They advertised them in good faith & helped those who had problems
They changed the advert as soon as they realised they had an issue
They have obviously got stock left but have chosen to withdraw it
If they had checked by hand every sealed box before despatch we would not have been getting them so cheap
I don't see what more ebuyer could have done ?
But I can't believe the fuss some of you are kicking up
The sets were not packaged by Mark Hill (as advised by a MH rep whom I believe more than Ebuyer)
They did not assist me when I said I had a problem, so not too sure what you mean by that.
They did not change the advert when they were told....they changed it days after they were first told so wrong again
And rightly so they took them from sale (clearly not due to running out of stock as they still had over 1000 of some)
Ebuyer could have given better customer service at the very least.
The situation (from my POV) has now been sorted out, but I had to go via another company to have this rectified. If Ebuyer had apologised for the confusion, explained and ACCEPTED that they were wrong then I would have accepted it. They didnt, and havent so I will push until I get what Im intitled to (and before you disagree I was entitled to it:T)
as I keep saying, im glad everyones happy, everyone has done what they felt comfortable doing and ended up with relative products :beer:0 -
Well I shall just stand here in my wrongness cause i'm wrong wrong wrong !
You stand there in your self righteous rightness your right right right !
And we shall agree to disagree"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -

I'm made up with my latest set of bargains from Grabbit..... stack of mark hill hair products
9x 250ml shampoos and conditioners (3 of these were shampoos which is fine by me as i use more conditioner than shampoo anyway),
8x ultimate gloss mists,
2x straightening balms,
2x hair sprays and
6x shampoo/conditioner minis
I haven't read this whole thread to find out what problems people have experienced, but i certainly disagree with lil tigers suggestions that i may have been ripped off!!0 -
Totally agree. Fed up of her banging on about it with her frustrations. What the fxxx does she want for £2.50? BLOOD?0

18 250ml Conditioners
12 250ml Shampoos
9 75ml Conditioners
18 75 ml Shampoos
9 150ml Shine spray things
I am saying letting companies send you a pack not containing what it should is indeed ripping you off....it depends when you ordered it ofctattybonce wrote: »Totally agree. BLOOD?I actually have quite a few pm threads at the moment where other people who have taken part in this thread are talking to me about what they should/have done and what they have ended up with/been offered.
for the £2.55, plus delivery costs that you seem to have forgotten, I expect to get what was promised to me when I made the order
Oh and im not frustrated, I have got a fab offer and am now taking the time to advise others how to sort the problem out so theyre also happy0 -
i bought them on the inclination that i would be getting 6 mark hill products....there wasnt any information about what the packs contained....my thoughts were that whatever it contained, for approx £4.50 incl postage i was getting a bargain. if i'd ended up with a box of mini's i perhaps would have thought "not bad, got my money's worth". Having received a balanced box of regular sizes and minis im thinking BARGAIN!!!!
if you're simply advising people you should take the snarl out of your posts!0
