I did just that! They offered me free delivery on my next order, I said that was no use as I did not wish to place another order, they said I could return at my expense!!! Looks like I have enough conditioner to last for years!!

My order isn't showing up as dispatched yet. Do you think it would be worth ringing them up to double check what's in the packs or do you reckon they wouldn't tell me?

is it just the ultimate set that is a let down (although still a great price!) I have ordered the brunette one and the blonde one also for a present.... I have to do school run in a mo and whats the betting UPS try and deliver whilst I am out!

If you call please post back their response. With any luck they might change the future orders contents since they are getting so many complaints.

Mine neither and as the OP i ordered a day before most of you on here.....typical, well looks like there will be no shampoo left then.
But you win some you lose some, so long as I don't get a full set of miniatures.

Ok - Just spoke to them.
It's a complete luck dip - though the guy said that I should receive two large, two medium and two miniatures. He also said because I'd ordered 5 that they would all contain different things.
Not really sure what he is classing as a medium though???? Wednesday seems such a long while to wait to see what I'm actually going to get....

Have just rang and it seems paying by Paypal can put you to the back of the queue, blummin cheek, and he is going to email me back as he is getting in touch with stock control to see if there any shampoos left in stock.

Note to self: must learn to read whole of thread before ordering!

I ordered one each of ultimate, colour care and blonde this morning so I will have to wait a little longer than most to report back.

ETA: maybe even longer as I too paid via PayPal! :doh:
