As soon as I started talking about trading standards and how they mislead me with their advertising, he put me on hold to see what they could do - that's when he offered replacement boxes.
You could always ask for refund on your postage for the 10.
But with 10, you might be lucky and find that you have some good selections in there.

I'm not so excited now if I might end up with a ton of conditioner and no shampoo.

I agree the value of received products is a bargain but not worth £25 as advertised on their site. I would rather have 3 full size products as shown in the photo than 6 which is a mix of minis and conditioner with no shampoo.

Fingers crossed they take on board the calls and complaints they have received so far and make up the orders to be more suitable.

This is in no way a knock to the OP I just think ebuyer should have made sets up the same or similar to previous orders, I can't log in to my ebuyer account but I have had no despatch email, I'm getting worried later orders could end up with a set of 6 minis. :eek:

In a way I'd actually be happy with getting more conditioner than shampoo as I tend to use more of it so may well work out better for me. I can understand why people are annoyed though as it is rather misleading, I don't think this is in any way the OPs fault though just poor advertising (or clever?) from Ebuyer.

Am intrigued to see what I will receive now when the package arrives!

as a graduate in law im constantly throwing acts/guidelines/regulations at companies to get what im entitled to

for others, worht mentioning SOGA (sales of goods act) section 13 implied term as description....lack of official description leaves it to the customer to look at the information given (the single review that they have allowed to be published) to take that as reasonable description

hope youre 'replacement' has some full sized shampoo

I ordered yesterday and my order is showing as Payment Taken. I really hope that I get at least one full sized Shampoo and Conditioner in each - they're for Birthday Presents and I don't think giving two Conditioners but no shampoo's looks very good!!!!
Just out of interest - did anyone happen to note the weight of their packages when they ordered. I ordered 5 Ultimate Shine sets and it came to 9.3kg whilst 5 of the Colour Packs only came to 7.7kg. I'm thinking this must mean that the colour kit must have more minis?
But at 9.3kg for 5, then each one weighs 1.86kg - that seems really quite heavy to me. According to the person selling the pack on ebay it will cost them £6.60 to send it Via Recorded Delivery, this means their package weighs between 1.5 and 1.7kg. There's has 7 products in. So at 1.86kg I should have 7 products also with at least 4 being full sized products (if we give a little for package and we trust that the ebay seller is correct in their postage charge)
I don't suppose anyone who has received theirs happens to remember how much they were told each one would weigh do they just so I can check my Math!

Same :beer:- studied law 10 years ago but it's gone all hazy so I'm not confident about quoting various bits anymore. I must remember that one you've mentioned.

Just checked my account & they are sending my replacements by next day delivery. I'll let you know what I get.

i order 6 ultimate sets and as you can imagine i have over 12 full size conditioners, 24 mini shampoos, 5 full size mists sprays and about 6-7 mini coditioners...i too rang them as one of the mist sprays leaked all over and told them my disapointment with the selection as i wouldve not ordered so many if i had known...when i suggested i refund i was told that as the products are perishable goods i would not beable to return them . i was offered a refund of one box ie. 2.55 and that was the best they could do for the leakage problem...and was quoted that they feel its a good deal dispite the shampoo issue and was confident buyers would find it good value for money. ahh..well what an anti-climax after all the excitement yesterday...does any one know if conditioners go 'off' as such after a period of time as unless i give some away i will be using it for the rest of my life..!

just read some of the above posts and now not as excited....:( I too dont mind 1 big shampoo and 1 big conditioner but no way 2 conditioners.... Was iffing and arring about ordering yesterday and too wish I had waited... oh well, will see what turns up!

Just called their customer service who were very nice!

She said they had several complaints from people and she was going to speak to her manager and send me an email with the outcome.

Thanks to showmethemoney, did point out to them that although no desciption of contents, the review did say that they had received 2 big conditioners and 2 shampoos (also took a screen shot of this......just in case the review disappears:rotfl:)

Will let you all know what the outcome is!

Just to say that I have got my delivery today. The Ultimate shine sets all had 2 large conditioners and one small, 2 small shampoo and one shine spay
