While thats still a great bargain for what you paid, I doubt that lot would come to £25 at RRP.

I agree...Mine is due to arrive today, Im seriously thinking (if they dont have the 2 full sized shampoo's) of searching the web to find the RRP's, checking the combined price and writing an email of complaint....Will also cross reference to other 'sites' that gave the actual contents of the packs (I know they wont accept that but its all more ammo) and then leave it with the point that I know others that ordered from them have recieved packs containing the full shampoo's (evidence on here if nowhere else....I didnt say I knew them personally )

Yes its a good deal, but surely its unfair if they send different people different contents???

Maybe its a ploy to try and get people to go buy the shampoo to go with the bottles of conditioner we have????

Update - I just called them & they said it is a selection and they cannot guarantee what you get. I said that they should list that on the website, especially as a product review states shampoo is included. Nothing states to contrary.
They are sending me 2 more boxes (with no guarantees what's in them)

I know it is a good price, but no where does it say selection. Who puts bottles of conditioner together and calls it a selection??

I would have been happy with 1 big shampoo & 1 big conditioner but hey ho & will wait & see what I get next

Well done to those who have fab selections and good luck to those still waiting for theirs.

Thanks, I completely forgot about the review that says what 'they' got....will use that if mine isnt as good

I called them too and am waiting for them to get back to me, I'm guessing I'll be told the same as you.

forgot to say that you can return them - but at your own cost. That's why I opted for 2 more pot luck boxes to be sent.

how many did you order to begin with? Will prob cost as much to return them and get a refund as it would to keep them lol

I only ordered 2 but as you said the cost to return them would cost more than the refund, henceI am having to replacement boxes instead.

ohh right...wonder what they would do (if anything) for me then....I highly doubt they would be willing to send out another 10 boxes as replacement :eek:

As the image on Ebuyer does show two big bottles of which one is of a shampoo and the other conditioner, i expect to receive at least 1 big bottle of each, it doesnt really bother me as to what else i get tbh. The review does indictate that you should receive 2 of each though. I think based on recent posts, ebuyer CS will be getting a call, fingers crossed this wont be neccesary though ....
