Im the same that I would rather have the pack of them 3 products but given the choice I would rather have the selection described in the review :beer:

all of the 'evidence' shows conflicting and misleading information (the image, review and lack of official description) so as long as you point this out, and stick to the point everyone should be heard

The only pitfall with what I think im going to say is the bit about saying ill return them if theyre willing to arrange courier collection at a time to suit me (which will be the most expensive option as I have such a busy life ) If I get a rather unintellegent person at that stage they will probably arrange a courier losing them money just to prove a point......my aim is that they see its here and its going to cost them more to get it back than it would do to send replacements/refunds

just to let you know i ordered 3 of the colour sets and 3 brunette sets yesterday afternoon, they arrived this afternoon. each set contains 2 big shampoos, 2 big conditioners and two minis, might just be luck of the draw or maybe they had more of this than the ultimate sets, i'm pleased with what i got definately worth the money.

I have just posted them an e-note on their website along the lines of what lil_tiger put, i will await their response without much hope. However, even though i ordered 5 of the Ultimate sets, i also ordered 4 of the colour care so hopefully should be OK.

I will still push them with threats of trading standards if the Ultimate sets arrive with no shampoo....

I think its rubbish that paypal payments should slow the whole process down. Some people are choosing super saver delivery and are gettin it next day, i'm getting a date of the 11/02/10 for expected delivery!

You could be right about that, if you ut a se in your basket then go to your basket and click on the item in there it shows you how many they have in stock. I'm off to parents evening so not got time to look again but I think for the shine set that had in the 100's in stock for the colour it was over 3000 and over 1000 for the blonde and brunette. Someone might want to look and put accurate figures. Sorry I've got to dash. K

I am going for the oppisite approach....wait until it arrives, phonecall, if fobbed off then emailing customer services/complaints dept and any manager I can get hold of

I have just called and spoke to a lovely lady. She advised she has purchased one of these sets herself a while ago, the set should come with shampoo (full size), conditioner (full size) a spray treatment and 2 minis. She didn't state how many full size items as she said she couldn't remember exactly how many of what but that it is definitely supposed to be shampoo & conditioner as part of the pack.

She explained they are made up into these 'packs' at the warehouse by staff from main stocks of each item, then boxed up into delivery boxes for dispatch. They are not supplied to them already made up into sets. She has said it could be an error by the packers on the day these orders containing lots of conditioners were picked. She was totally unaware of the issue I am referring to, and has not spoken to anyone else regarding this offer, she offered to cancel the order if i wanted but did feel that by the time my order is picked (as yet its only showing payment cleared) there is no reason it should be wrong.

I'm going to take a chance, she said the conditioner is actually a really good product but as i was trying to explain, I don't really want a lifetime supply of it with no shampoo as some of the sets are gifts. I left it as if my order arrives with no shampoo I will call back.

HTH with other peoples concerns, maybe another person will be packing future orders and we could be ok.

Also advised me paypal orders are not delayed, they just take slightly longer to show as cleared hence some orders going through delivery quicker. (I hope this is true)

My concern is now that the stock levels shown are probably items not packs, not sure how they can make up ultimate sets as a mix with low stock levels.
