oh I feel green today...at least my cup of tea is staying down so once I get dressed I'll try for a bacon and egg sandwich...didn't get irn bru on the way home in a 'I'm not paying 90p for a tin of juice' fit of dfw'ness!!! didn't feel quite so self rightous thie morning! Plus I was absolutely desperate for the loo and was actually wishing I was a boy so I could pee on a wall and not die of shame! but I'd have looked darned silly in my gorgeous white skirt n shirt so maybe it's a good thing I was a girl :D

Felt fabulous last night, had such a laugh with one of the friends of the birthday girl. Somehow we got onto the topic of bbq's and he was coming back to mine for one at 3am!?!?!?! but we lost him at some point so I didn't get the chance to show off my ealry morning munchie skills....probably a good thing really.

I've been cutting myself a little slack recently, not being so hard on myself. Tuesday when I was *supposed* to be studying a certain friend who shall remain nameless (but made the post before me!!!) started sending me pics from his beer garden and I had to go check it was as nice as he was saying ;) only had a diet irn bru so was a good girl but had a giggle sitting in the sun for an hour or so. I need to spend more time around people so cheers stud :D

Today I'm going to get my cinema card back, I know it was one of the non-essentials I cancelled at the start of this thread (along with sky and tv license) but there are so many things I want to see out at the moment and there is no way I'm spending £6odds on a single ticket! I've now not been to the cinema since august when I cancelled the card and I miss it, I did make good use of it and it was more than worthwhile. Think at some point I'll post a new soa up, it will change shortly when my remortgage comes through, the first month I think I need to pay a good £400 to them  so might need to make some stern savings in the mean time! though I'm still waiting for my pru health money on quidco, now showing as april

well have a good day guys, catch up with you later xxx

Guilty as charged, but I had to get you out, it was a beautiful day and it had to be shared. I was actually a bit on the boozier side by the time my staff meeting i jointly held came, it was fun though. Also, by the end of the night I was well and truly caned, shots, beer, magners, shots, spirits and beers all take their toll when you've been sitting in the sun all day and haven't eating since the day before.

All good though, glad you fun in all. By the way, DFWness or not, 90p for an Irn Bru!!!! Screw that, kebab shop on Rose street, 50p, bargains, also the best chicken kebabs in town ;)

why is it that when someone breaks your heart the world can't do you a favour and let you forget them??? as if it's not bad enough that I bump into dj once with another girl I have to bump into him looking oh so scrummy in town on a saturday night! fate, get over yourself, he does not even live in my city!!!! how unfair is it I have to see him??? my heart started racing and my stomach turned over and all I was torn between beggin him for another shot or throwing my glass at him...I did neither as I have a) too much dignity and pride and b) don't wanna get chucked out of a bar I like by a bouncer I know!

today I've been listening to a new song I have by a band called my chemical romance and there are a couple of lines that hit home right now,

'sometimes I cry so hard from pleading
so sick and tired of all the needless beatings'

thats how I feel, all these needless pains I've gone through cause of horrible people who forget that other humans have feelings and hearts that can be broken...oh ignore me, I'm so tired today it's making me miserable. had to get off the phone to my mum earlier as I felt like I just wanted to cry from exhaustion.

ok, good things that happened today...
*had a good laugh in work today, feel like I'm starting to get back the relationship I had with one of the girls, it was so good for a time then went bad (she's the daughter of the one I had problems with)
*will get the best part of £100 before tax from just todays work so april pay should be a good one
*did my food shopping for less than £10 and that included £3 for fresh pasta (bad bad bad) and two bunches of flowers to brighten up my house.
*got three sets of bedding hung out and 12 hours later they were dry and the big nasty rain clouds that appeared mid avo didn't shed on them phew!
*spends credit card came in and not as bad as i feared! especially as it includes my bad day clothes spend and my new undies spend (more than half was clothes  )

I'm planning on playing online and doing a few bits in the house (dishes etc) while dinner cooks, then I'm going to get some college work done. Back to classes tomorrow and don't have half of what I'd hoped to do done, but more than i normally do :D will go to bed at 10 and hopefully get to sleep easier tonight, do believe I saw every tick of the clock last night....

wow it seems such a long time since I posted on here!!! wish I could say I'd been having so much fun that I had no time to post....more likely I've been to busy working/writing crap essays that I've been a bad dfw and avoided telling you all

well today is payday, I was in my overdraft for a whole day...:j and for money good news my pruhealth/quidco money showed as recieved today meaning £115 on its way to me early next week :j was beginning to despair that I'd not see it! It's gion straight off my credit card when it comes in, don't want to risk it disappearing in a black hole!

not really much else to say just now, will post again at the end of the month with my achievements for april (:rotfl: ) and my aims for may... xxx

Only being in overdraft for one day is an achievement in itself!

it's only because my mortgage came out the day before payday, next month it's the day after so I might not be in it at all and hopefully the following month when it's just after I'll have cancelled it so it won't be an issue anymore woohoo

well it's the start of another month and time once again for a catch up on my situation. last months aims were,
-make realistic budgets and stick to them each weeknot working so this month I'm trying a new method of managing.
-aim for at least 3 sessions in the gym and cut out snacks, try to lose 6lbserm not a single gym session or pound lost
-get studying started for college exam in mayI'm trying, doing more than I have in the past but not enough to give me confdence
-finish sorting remortgagesign the final papers this morn and the solicitor thinks the funds will clear by the end of the week :j
-find more quidco offers to sign up tonup

ok so not too good on the old aims front, but other things I did achieve,
*technically not been overdrawn between paydays, mortgage cleared the day I got paid :j
*formulated new budgetting plan to attempt to curb my spending problems
*liverpool having just equalised (I take credit for my red hoody :rotfl: )
*papered the ceiling and walls in my kitchen....after having the paper over a year
*weighed myself this morn only 1 pound heavier than four weeks ago which isn't bad, a pound here or there is nothing worth worrying about, especially considering my lack of exercise and terrible diet!

well I can say april has been better, not great, but better and may is going to be better still. tomorrow I sign my final remortgage papers and as soon as the money clears I'm paying off my credit card and will technically be debt free. just typing those words got my tear ducts working overtime. and it couldn't have worked out better, my 0% deal ends mid june so I won't need to take out another card to clear it. I only have ten more sleeps till my college exam and that'll be another problem off my shoulders. thank god cause I feel so tired right now.

my mum is forcing me to go to the doctors about my sleeping again. The past two days I've come home from work and fallen asleep on the sofa, due to this I a) didn't get my college essay finished and b) missed college this evening as I woke up hungry when I should have been leaving... she thinks it's totally unreal that a 25 year old should be so tired all the time. She's right I suppose, I could go to bed now and I've only been off the sofa half an hour.

well like I say my college horror is almost over, as soon as that exam is over my priority becomes me! I'm going to work on a better food plan, I know it'll end up with me spending a little more on food each month, but my health is priority over money. I'm also gonna get my giggly !!!!! back into the gym. this time I'm doing my own exercise routine, I did much better by myself, though marie did a fabulous job with me, she's not there anymore and I'd like to do my own thing, see how I get on with that.

at the same time I'm going to get the house sorted, these are my priorities now. so here is my aims for may,

*get quotes for central heating in the flat
    *paint and finish the kitchen
    *clear my credit cards :D
*formulate and begin a total body plan, exercise/diet/relaxation
*continue with my new budget plan
    *begin works on the hallway
*go to the docs to keep mum happy

that should keep me busy, especially since the first half of the month will be working on college work.

here's to may, the month I hopefully become debt free:A
