Wotcha LJ.
I think staying out of your overdraft and getting the mortgage stuff sorted is great. OK some of the other goals have fallen by the wayside but just look at what you've done and how this will help you! Brilliant.
Maybe a blood test will show you are a little low in iron or maybe you need more B12 or Zinc....? I think you are quite clued up about diet stuff though so will assume you will make sure you are getting enough of all the right vits & minerals.
Maybe you are just tired with all the work & study and excitement of getting DEBT FREE!
Can't wait till you can type out the "I am now debt free" sentence!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

I'm hoping it is just all the stress getting to me, just now I can see and end to it so it makes it easier to deal with. I had a blood test not too long ago to check my thyroid and never heard anything back (which apparently means it's ok!?!), that would be my biggest worry. I do take multi-vits which are a good mix of stuff so dunno if it's iron or that.
personally I feel that the lack of exercise is partly to blame, I know it sounds silly but it really is true that the more exercise you do the more energy you have. as soon as I get the exam out of the way I'm going to be in the gym at least three times a week, purely cardio to begin with, need to build up my fitness again as well as try and kick start the weight loss. I'm also hoping to work out a new diet regime including breakfast smoothies and much more fruit and veg. like I say I'm not so much worried about the cost, more the health benefits.
hows things with you LA? will need to find time soon to catch up wiht your diary!0 -

hi lenny, feel free to hijack all you like my dear...
and if your missing stalking me you should join mem in my shoe closet! :rotfl:
I've not been on much recently, especially at weekends, saw you had two parties but friday I curled up with half a bottle of white and watched footloose, saturday I visited a friend and her munchkin....she looked so adorable in the wee jumpsuit I got her for xmas, it has a star sticking up on the top
hope your wee munchkin is groovy xxx0 -
Well another blood test will soon rule in or out the iron levels. I don't think they test for B12 or Zinc though unless you ask but if you are taking multi vits and eating a balanced diet which includes meat & fish if you aren't veggie then I doubt B12 & zinc are missing.
Actually sometimes too *much* iron can make you tired too. So it will be interesting to see what the tests come back as.
But I know what you mean about lack of exercise making you tired - I agree totally. So when you get back to the gym I am sure you'll feel better.
I am fine hon - do check out the diary sometime...I did have a bit of a rant recently, not sure if you saw that!

Hey Lyns, hope all is well???
Sorry I didn't get back to you last week, was meant to and then forgot. Off again this Friday if your not working...???
As for our tiredness, I reckon if will most definately be the stress you are under, everything is building up and happenning at the same time, but you'll be okay, as you say, certain big things will be out of the way soon and that will rest easy in your mind, you'll get a couple of good nights sleep and be right as rain again. Look on the bright side... you could be blessed/cursed with my sleeping pattern
Call you soon doll.0
