Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 4 and a half years, without success, until we found out on Saturday I am 6 weeks pregnant. I started to spot bleed on Monday, and have been doing so on and off since then, no cramping, just backache.
The docs have told me that I have to wait 2 weeks to get an early scan to see if there is any hearbeat, but there is a very large liklihood that the bleeding was the early signs of miscarriage. I can't describe the way I'm feeling. Just want this to be over, and everything to go back to normal.:(

Try and keep a positive mind though. A lot of women spot and even bleed heavily in early pregnancy, yet still go on to have healthy babies.

I know it's almost impossible, but stress and worry wont do you or bean any good, so try and stay calm.

Lots of positive vibes going out to you...keep posting as all the ladies on here have been through all sorts of stuff, and can offer lots of advice and support x

I'm so sorry to hear it. Try to keep possitive though. Many women have spotting and then they have healthy babies.

Butterfly, if you can afford it, or if its a price worth paying to you, you can get a private scan at 6+ weeks which is at least as good as nhs. Try Babybond if you cant find anything else (some franchises are cheaper if you have one near you) xx

Thanks, that means a lot Shame there is a need for it really, but I don't know what I'd have done without you all xxxxx My biological clock is going mad just lately, but OH is still adamant that he doesn't want to try again
